Best auto insurance after switching from Allstate. State farm has great rates & coverage (and discounts for good safe drivers). What stands out the most is the excellent, efficient, and personable customer service. I've had Matthew Pang handle my auto and renter account for the entire 2 years via phone and email. He remembers little facts about me and my family which is endearing since we only chat x1-2 per year. During the pandemic, he adjusted my mileage and rates to save me money bc like most people, I wasnt going into the office or outings. I also called this year to just ask about any new discounts and I was able to save 16%. I can't say enough outstanding things about Matt and State Farm. Highly recommend the switch!

They also make personal relationships with their customers, and I've known several families whose children's children are now clients of hers as well. She has the best referrals, so that not only my insurance needs are met, but many other services as well.
