Noble Finance Chicago Ave, Mcallen

Very dissatisfied! Edinburg location moved to McAllen and now these ppl are so rude and unprofessional! Will pay off my loan and never go back with them! There’s a lot more companies to choose from! I was late 1 day and Belia from noble finance calls to my job in private, my supervisor answered and belia was super rude to her! Never has this happened to me before! I felt so embarrassed! Belia made it seem like I was months late on my payment! This office is so unprofessional, don’t recommend them

My mother passed over the weekend and my due date was on the 29th which fell during the weekend and due to my mothers passing I was busy the following Monday and was not able to go in and take care of my payment. I recieved a phone call on Monday from Noble and I explained to the person what had happened and that as soon as I was done with my mothers funeral I would be in to take care of my bill. Well the person wanted time and date on when that day would be, so I just hung up because I felt the person was being insensitive about my mothers passing, not to mention that at that precise moment I was sitting in front of the funeral home director. I answered to explain my situation because I had never been late before and did not want them thinking that I was skipping out on my committment. Well in just seconds after I hung up they called my wife's cell phone and when she answered they asked about the payment. My wife told them the same thing I did and hung up. Well the called again but we did not answer. They continued calling the following days asking about the payment, they even called when we were in the church and while my mom was being buried at the cementary. I think these people are very unprofessional and very insensitive. I do not recommend this buissness to anyone, they harrass you regardless of your situation. These people have never lost a significant other or a loved one apperantly.

Very unprofessional place. I have never been to a place more unorganized before. Every time I go they can never find my account. Instead of calling me they call to my workplace. Very unsatisfied.

Unprofessional . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . Rude unprofessional disrespectful employee's.

Great customer service ! So nice ... making you smile and helping you out in no time. Love that they give you a heads up whenever your payment is due. 😁🖒🖒 The only thing is they don't accept credit card payments.

This place does not deserve any stars. The lady Mary is very rude and unprofessional. If you need a loan don’t go here. They are horrible. Don’t have no costumer service and rude and harrass you when they call and are not understanding when trying to give a payment. I will NEVER go here again.

Worst company ever, and horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and they think that by screaming and yelling at you they are doing their job. WORSE PLACE EVER!
