Rick took the time to walk through safety precautions for my senior parent. He made sure she understood how important it is to keep personal information secure. His kindness and patience were above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Rick for being so kind and such a great example of customer service!!

Today at the air port location, I was assisted by the gentleman Ricardo. We opened a new account and funded a share secured loan all within 1 hour which totally amazed me. Really profession and efficient. I appreciate his willingness to go over and beyond for the millions of request that I had for him. My go to guy from now lol. Keep up the awesome brother!!!

The branch manager, Rick, was a HUGE help for my mom and I today. We came in for a walk-in appointment and he got us in so quick and helped us with more than we even came in there to get help with. He even allowed me to stay at the location after their closing time in order to ensure that everything i needed to get done was done! :)

Great branch with very nice people; however, I am extremely unhappy with the ATM situation. This branch (as I believe all are) is only open weekdays during the hours that I work, and is not open at all on weekends. I do believe that the drive through is open for an hour past my work hours, but by the time I get there the line is so long that the window will close before I get up there. I refuse to pay to park downtown to use the ATM and I do not want to drive nearly 9 miles to the one in Clovis. There is a standalone in Sunnyside but it quite often cannot accept cash deposits (again this morning, for example.) I've been advised that the exterior ATM will not be replaced so I'm anticipating that I will not be having a good experience going forward.

Maria at the drive-through, was incredibly helpful and very informative. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue on a Friday afternoon, about five minutes before they closed and I really appreciated that.

As a new member I was a little nervous with who I would be dealing with but I was able to sit down with Bee and she was amazing! Really enjoyed that she was able to explain and answer all of questions

It was the usual long line on a Friday. Maria called me up to her counter when it was my turn to be helped. Even though she was wearing a PPE mask, I saw her smile through her eyes as she greeted me and immediately put me at ease. Maria was very professional, polite, caring and actively listened to me. Good service is rare and us retirees really appreciate it when we receive it! She helped me quickly and efficiently. Kudos to her! She is an asset to your branch and all of the Nobel credit union family. 5 stars definitely, 10 if the ratings were higher. Thank you for all your great staff including the branch manager. Every body is so patient and helpful.

Maria was and still may be in training I came in to purchase some checks she was very helpful and even ask for help when she had a question. Which I may say is a great quality coming from a training manager myself. She was abel to complete my task in a timely manner. And had a friendly smile the whole time. Every time it is such a pleasure to bank with your branch. Thank you for hiring great employees.

Maria was so extremely helpful, came in last minute needing a bank statement. Felt extremely guilty coming right at closing but she was very polite and helpful the entire time!!!! Thank you for being so kind and patient definitely made my terrible day a lot better.

Amazing and freindly staff! They gave me my first auto loan when nobody else wanted to. I was young and just started my new job and needed a reliable car. I'm forever appreciative to Noble and highly recommend them.

Maria was the greatest of all time. Not going to lie, she did not only help me but also helping me to understand things one by one and she was very very very kind and I'm very happy to talk with her. It's like she did more then she was pay.

Salina is very nice and friendly. I had the pleasure of getting her at the Drive up window today. Her line was long but she was fast and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long in line. She was working both lanes alone. She’s quick with transactions and hard working. What make it even is that she tells all of her members have a beautiful day with a smile on her face. You truly can’t stay mad at someone who wishes you to have a beautiful day. If I can give her 10 stars I would.

Salina was as very good helping me at setting my online banking. My internet was not working in my phone and she was so sweet she hotspot me from her phone so that I can download the app on my phone. 100 percent very helpful and would recommend her to everyone.

Salina has always done a good job for me as a teller. Everytime I have gone to her booth she has remembered me and been very courteous and helpful.
