Educational Employees Credit Union - EECU - Sunnyside Branch E Kings Canyon Rd, Fresno

Waits are always 30 mins to an hour and the tellers are so slow. When we cash a check they give us less than 1% of the amount and put the rest on hold for 7 days. This place is a joke. Never trust eecu with your money.

I'm not very happy at all with the customer service today! The underwriters here really are mean and they don't treat you like a human being, just a credit score and a credit report to trample all over your soul!!!

I applied for an Auto loan and got a fast approval. Erin made the financing aspect of my car purchase very easy. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. They gave me a low interest rate compared to the dealer and helped me figure out what monthly payment was fitting for me. Highly recommend EECU for any type of loan!

I have been banking with EECU for past 10-15 years. My experience there wasn’t too good until Dao start working there. Every single time I come in he’s will always smile, be friendly, and professional to me. In my recent visit I notices that he’s wasn’t working there anymore, I was a bit disappointed and sad. Luckily and coincidentally I meet him at WinCo Food when I was shopping there. I had seen how he work at the bank but was extremely shock when I see how he work at Winco Foods. During my regular time there I have never seen any Winco employees work as hard as Dao. This young man is a truly amazing and have a good heart. I would like to share this message and thanks Dao for helping me over past years when he’s was at the Bank.

The bank staff on site re very friendlyand helpful but the phone service by eecu is awful ..need to train some call representatives on how to not be rude ...if you dont like your job find another one...dont take it out on me

Not enough tellers to serve the members. Waited in line for an hour and a half to cash a check. Only 2 tellers when there are 30 to 40 members waiting in line in the heat outside.

Emily or Lisa.. I forgot her name. But I talked to her one the phone to help me with my card.. because I had moved to a different state and no bank was not able to deposit cash into my account.. and she helped me find a bank and on top of that helped me update my account when I didn’t know I needed too. She was super sweet and nice about it.. and didn’t make me feel stupid.

I called to report my card lost and the white lady I spoke to was very rude. I ask her about my last activity and not only did she gave me wrong information but make fun of me. I feel she was unprofessional and not educated enought to work there. She told me I should have left my money there instead of taking out. What a unpleasant experinece, I hope she knows she has no right to tell me what to do with my money!!! Overall good bank rude racist people working there.

Amazing customer service! Never a bad experience at the Sunnyside Branch. Also, i just received a reward for using my debit card, i received it recently in the mail. They had a good selection. I chose to go with the $10 regal movie reward. Thank you! Don't stop being awesome EECU.
