Spencer, great sales person, but overall the lady that takes the payment is very rude and unprofessional. She does and says different. My car had a piece missing off the shift pulley to the motor, I called and told them and their response was to try to get my car in drive and drive it two hours to the shop. Very unprofessional, I recommend not buying a car from this place. Nothing bout this place is professional except for Spencer the sales person, other than that I wouldn’t let them sell me the dog off the lot even if it was free.

Don't do it. They have the same car that I bought a little over a month ago and it broke down on me in 3 weeks. They said they were going to fix it and let me know when it was fixed but I didn't hear anything back now they trying to sale it again. The car is no good the place I broke down at in Gulfport was a shop and the mechanic was nice enough to come out and help me and he looked at it and said it's no good the transmission is gone and they just patched up on it. They are very dishonest people.

Found a clean used car and there was a nice selection in my price range! Spencer was professional, friendly and prompt in providing information to my credit union for financing. I recommend to others who are in the market for a used car. Pleasant experience!

It has been 2 years since our car purchase, The price was good. The people were nice. I never forgot the expierence. There was one issue with the vehicle that they fixed after I told them it was a deal breaker. And even though I'm not a fan of the car my wife and I purchase (I don't do Chevy's) the car has been solid for 2 years and no issues. Just basic maintenance. I hope to do business again soon. Thanks.

This place gets ZERO stars and if anyone inquires about where can they get a car from I will not give this place as a recommendation!!! For some reason I have to give this place at least one star in order to post my review smh but it doesn’t change the fact that they are not understanding my car wasn’t repoed because of lack of payment it was because I fell behind one month of insurance smh I’m still not recommending anyone to go there. I would bash them on every social media platform but their not even worth the time or energy!!!

Spoke with Sales Person Robert. I called interested in a 2012 Fiat 500 to buy cash. I told him I needed to come to an agreement before coming to the dealership because I live in Brandon, MS and it's a 2:40mn drive. When we finally came to an agreement about the price, he promised he would NOT sell it to anyone else until I arrived. When I got there, after a long drive the same day we spoke, cash in hand, this unscrupulous man tells me he has just sold the car. He had given me his word he would not sell it. I guess I was naive to think he was honest. BUYER BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

P.S.A.-please do not purchase from this place of business. Their customer service is perfect, until you finalize your purchase from them.. Recently, I purchased a vehicle for the full, and entire amount, in cash(10K), and in route on my way home, on the same day, the vehicle broke down on me on the highway. I called to report the issue, and after several, and numerous ignored attempts I finally spoke with someone where I started receiving threats from the manager, if I continued to call, or contact them in order to resolve this issue they would call the local police on me, take out a warrant, and deal with me from a legal standpoint. I was cursed out by Spencer during the few occasions I was able to speak with someone. They accused me of harassing the staff, and that all staff members was instructed to cease any and all communications with me. They are running a scam luring customers with "no credit check", and if you miss one payment, they'll repossess your vehicle, and finance it again, as if you're purchasing, for the first time. Their accounting department is horrible. They're cheating people out of their money, by taking payments. and denying ever receiving payments, putting the customers farther behind and repossessing their vehicles. They have poor customer service, they're hostile to their customers, poor work ethics, and customer relations, and they do not uphold their deals or promises made to their customers...all after purchasing a vehicle from them. Prior to purchasing a vehicle they're all the perfect staff when trying to sale you a vehicle. This includes the following staff members: Robert(General Manager), Robert Anderson(Salesperson), and Thomas Norman. If I were able to publicly place a rating, for this place of business, including the above mentioned, and entire staff it will definitely be less than a "0". Please review issues posted about this dealership shared on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU page, and feel free to share your experience as well. These people are professional scam artist, and are very deceptive, and take the advantage of their customers, and especially the elderly. They need to be investigated, dealt with from a legal standpoint, sued, and permanently closed. They must have forgotten that Mississippi falls under the scope of the Lemon Law, and there are laws that protect consumers from places of businesses such as No Credit Ck.

I was very hesitate to get a car from him because of so many bad reviews, but I was in desperate need of a car. I went into the office and dealt with Spencer. He provided me with great customer service. I test drove a car and I didn't like the car (only because the size of the car). Like I said I was in desperate need of a car so I knew the car was a small car before I test drove it. After test driving I knew the size was impossible to do with my children. Spencer was like don't worry I get you into a vehicle. And he did just that. I love my car and it's perfect for my family size. I know I was getting on his nerves calling him back to back but he never showed it. He's a great salesman. Don't let these negative comments stop you from getting into a vehicle. It was a very friendly and professional environment.

Got a great used SUV for my teenage son! Spencer was extremely helpful in getting us setup with a lender so we could cosign and build his credit. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy a car from here. They sold me a POS car knowing it had problems but claim it was a “good car” before it left the lot. PLEASE. Then when I call them to tell them how I feel about the situation Leighanne or whatever the woman’s name is HUNG UP IN MY FACE & PRETTY MUCH SAID EVERYTHING WAS MY FAULT. They are SCAMMERS. Do not waste your time or money on this scamming company!!

If you look at their prices that are on CARFAX, don’t believe those prices. Those aren’t the real prices that the down payment or the monthly payments will be for. They say a car is for sale for like 8000 and you can use the CARFAX calculator to figure out your monthly payments based off that number. Well all of that info is wrong and not the correct info for the car payments. The car we wanted was listed for 8869 but really it was for like 19200 and our monthly payments were over 500. A month. When we were expecting like maybe $81 a month based off the CARFAX app where they put that car up for sale. With no where does it say the actual price of the car that the monthly payments will actually be paying for. Also nowhere on there website does it say it’s a rent to own kind of car place. This place has some very dishonest business practices and would not recommend.
