Process was very simple and Kaori was extremely helpful in helping me through the process. I would recommend my family and friends to use Nikkei for their banking related needs.

Horrible customer service. They are open on saturdays till 1pm, but they won't answer the phones. Family was out on a trip to Paris. We informed them a week in advance but while being there the cards stop working. No way the contact them. What a way to spend the weekend with no money no support. No number for int'l support. Thanks Nikkei....
