This is a review for Flagstar mortgage service in general- and Nicole Smith, in particular-- we just had a seamless close on a house, and out of 3 prior mortgages I've done this was far and away the best experience I've ever had! It was seamless and low stress, and the underwriters and Nicole had everything squared away long before closing day. Someone was always available to answer questions, without having to wait through phone holds. My title company told me they are the best and I was lucky to have them- and they were right!
