AMAZING TEAM!!! They closed my loan in a little over 2 weeks when multiple mortgage companies said it was IMPOSSIBLE. I explained that my wife was pregnant and due soon and that we needed to close ASAP. They were on top of ordering everything right away. They had an amazing team that communicated every step clearly and they responded to every question I had right away. I even got responses at 10pm at night. I was very happy with the great rate and low closing costs we got. I can not thank Ryan and his team enough for their help with purchasing our first home. I spoke with numerous mortgage lenders when we first started getting quotes and after the first two minutes of speaking with Ryan on the phone I was set on working with him. Ryan was so professional, knowledgeable and such a genuine guy; he didn’t make it seem like we were just another transaction, you could tell he truly cared about our best interests and was passionate about what he does. The whole team was so responsive and always answered any questions I had no matter the time...even at 8:30 PM! OMG!! I love Cross Country mortgage!! They were very professional and made sure that our loan was closed smooth and fast. We were denied by a previous bank with another broker. Alex was able to restructure our loan package to make it work for us.
