Nicki Strickland is hands down the best loan officer I have EVER done business with!! When my husband and I found our dream home to purchase, she was there every step of the way to guide us through the process and got us to closing on time!! Working with Nicki's many years of experience and SWBC combined, is truly amazing because they have so many different loan options to choose from that we actually switched our loan program 3 different times to get the perfect one that fit our needs. She is very responsive and her team makes it an easy process to go through. I love the fact that they don't sell your loan after you close, they keep and service them. I was trying to find a better company to refinance my house, my mortgage was been handled by one of the top companies in the industry; however, the refinancing options they offered me were very discouraging.
