Our experience with Nicar was incredible. He is extremely responsive and informative, goes over every detail and genuinely cares about us as his clients. With Nicar’s help, we were able to close on our new home within 21 days! We asked him so many questions - through text, email and phone call and Nicar was always attentive. He made this happen for us and we are truly grateful. Some key observations: 1. Very responsive. Timing is everything in the housing market. 2. Does not make you feel dumb for asking basic and simple questions. He explains and goes over everything. 3. Provides honest advice. I ended up having to travel back to Canada to get the funds I needed for the down payment. Nicar helped me look at every other option to avoid this but in the end, it all worked out. 4. Sends documentation to be signed as soon as he gets it. No hesitation or delays. Goes over every document and what action items are needed. 5. Explains next steps way ahead of time. We never questioned the process or had concerns during escrow. When we had questions, he answered them right away. 6. When it came to the week of closing, Nicar made us feel extremely comfortable and tied up all loose ends so that on closing day, all we needed to do was sign. We want to personally thank Nicar for all his work and effort in making this happen for us.
