A bunch of liers and cheaters. Please do not trust this company. They will take every opportunity to rip you off. Originally I called them for a solar project. Their flier mentioned that if you sign up for solar, free AC installation, windows repair and free roof installation. Please don’t believe these things. What they actually mean is the labor is free. But that’s also not true. Because their estimates are priced a lot higher than the open market. When the solar guys came over to put solar panels on, they said my roof was not strong enough and recommended a new roof. I went with it because I really wanted to get solar. They did the ugliest color of shingles on my roof without even asking me. The roof color doesn’t math with my exterior color. Ever since my house is not the same and makes me sad every time I look at it.They promised to do the same color when I talked to them about this previously. I checked out with a roof guy and he said they did a cheap roof and that’s why they didn’t give me the color I wanted. The roofers were unprofessional, destroyed my fruit trees and flowers. They poked up shingles on my beloved bushes and killed them. The funniest part is that after all this the solar guys came back and put all the panels on the garage roof, not the main house. Not sure why I needed this sad looking roof after all. Now I’m stuck with this huge loan for the next 25 years. They also forgot to mention that it takes another 5 months to turn on these solar panels. Please do not trust this company and stay far away as possible.

Goodleap with Taylor Leonard and Ashly Hodgkins were a awesome team to help us refinance. It was a long process but they kept in constant contact with me every step of the way and really cared about us. I won't hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks for all your hard work!

My mother died, and they kept autodebiting her bank account after I sent them a death certificate and asked them to stop. Her bank account was empty, after all. No, they forced me to close the account with a negative balance. Then they started the repossession process, ignoring every phone call I made, and tacking on all kinds of fees and refusing to discuss the problem. The home was burglarized, vandalized, and the truck stolen. I offered to settle, or at least remove the late fees so we could square up. This company stuck their fingers in their ears and marched on with the repossession procedure. They called and emailed every day demanding money, when I am not the decedent. It is illegal to force someone else to pay a dead person's debts. Anyway, every other company was willing to discuss and reach an understanding, but GoodLeap (loanpal) just kept changing their story and ignoring me with no callbacks from the proper departments for the entirety of my communications attempts with them.

I have a loan for solar; my payment was $159 with a 2.99 interest. Out of the blue and without letting me know, they increased my payment to $217.66; that is $58 over. I called them to clarify, their explanation was that every month they recalculate the payment and if I don't want that, I should pay more money every month. I have a contract which stipulates my monthly paymen and my interest is not variable. Sadly for me, I have terminal cancer and just a few week's to live; I don't have the time nor the effort to fight this. I will hunt them in their dreams and through the mirrors in the dark...

There’s nothing more than I can say about Lisa besides she’s amazing in every way. Her work ethic, her knowledge, her guidance, her heart and her drive to really help you find the best loan you can. We’re beyond thankful for Lisa and all her help getting us our mortgage loan. During a hectic time in general, Lisa’s presence was blessing.

Doug, Chris, and Jamie have all been wonderful throughout the entire home loan assistance. My husband and I were very fresh and nervous going into the home loan process but with the clarity, communication, and comfort lent by Doug and his team , it made the entire process smooth and transparent for the both of us. Overall experience with my mortgage refinance was very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful, specially David and Blake, who took the time to explain the whole process plus they also offered great options that best suits my financial situation. Although we only communicated via calls, texts, and emails, it never felt impersonal. They always made sure to reply within reasonable times. I also appreciate that they update me regularly of the status of my refinance. It took less than a month to finalize every thing! I highly recommended them.

I spoke with Michael in Assumptions To transfer a Solar loan into my name i was told I was just a number. we have plenty of good solar companies that are local to Nevada that have great customer service DONT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS ONE!

Sales staff were terrible and no one in any of the companies contacted us with any updates or even the days they were going to install our solar panels. The only way we found out is by us continually calling The the blame game started with each other’s handling. Jamie would text she would call and then never contacted us. Their way of rectifying it was to pay first months payment. While that is great, still does not excuse our whole situation and how terrible it was! The techs came out and luckily I contacted them to see when they were coming otherwise I would have had a knock on my door at 6 am. The tech who installed the meters and circuit breaker panel was the best ever and explained a lot to us that the sale company failed to tell us. That made us think we made a mistake with going solar. Sales dept also said that we could use the rebate and apply to our loan so payments would remain the same throughout our loan. However l, I found it is not a rebate but a tax credit. Very different! Would not recommend any of the companies who got us out solar system. Others may be good but not the ones we had to go through for Titan Solar. Took us 5 months to get our solar up and running and was told originally 6-8 weeks. Look at reviews before going with a solar company and know what 3rd parties they go through! Was very disappointed.

Do not do business with Goodleap. I had an early payoff in which my entire loan was paid in full. Since a payment was made prior to the payoff I was informed my entire monthly payment would be refunded. Couple weeks later I called for a status of the refund. Instead of receiving the entire monthly payment a $108.00 county fee would be assessed to the loan. The representative from the Billing Department stated I was responsible to contact the company for the entire payoff amount. I explained to the gentlemen my title company contacted Goodleap and Goodleap provided the title company the exact amount for the loan payoff. So I do believe Goodleap failed to provide this exact amount to pay off the loan. Look this county fee may be miniscule to some but it's the principal of it and the honesty and integrity of a company who many people rely on for a loan. I will never trust this company and so should you.

Whether it’s loanpal or GoodLeap, they’re the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and my loan JUST opened! They expect us to back pay for the previous homeowner. They provide false information when you call in to gain clarity and then expect you to pay for their mistakes and poor communication! Haven’t received the FIRST statement and they want TWO payments in two weeks! DONT OPEN ANY LOANS WITH THIS COMPANY! Hate we even got into business through a home purchase with them!

After 7 months of paperwork, LoanPal said they could not move forward with my interest rate as agreed upon unless I increased my loan amount (substainally) Then I started looking around.. thanks for wasting our time As a followup to this review, I'm working with another company who is getting the job done in 2 weeks! We found out that LoanPal put a mortgage on my house and never withdrew it 😡

Great staff. They made it really easy to refinance. It was stress free and effortless. When it came to signing the final documents they came to our house and we are busy people and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Casey always replied to our emails and texts promptly, even if it was really late. I recommend their services.

I have worked with Marcus Rivera for a couple of years now, he is absolutely amazing. Not only professional, but personal as well. I purchased a new home and explained to Marcus what I needed. At first I did not want to work with loanpal because of their smaller operation in comparison to other well known companies, but this is the reason loanpal can be so personal with dealing with their customers. When working with Loanpal, they were professional and answered any question big or small. They called me back after their working hours to answer my questions. Now 7 months later it is still on my credit. I am begging for help I don't own that house my credit is not going down because the owner of that house are paying the bill. I recently had a refinance approved and successfully completed. We had some good times and some rough times. All the new/updated Laws, Bylaws, federal and local law requirements and banking regulations, The process at time could become quite tiresome and frustrating. If not for the really talented and dedicated NICE people at GoodLeap, I would have given up the entire thing a few times. I am very happy, they stuck with me through it all and did all the right things to keep me comfortable till the end. Thank you and great blessings to the entire tea.

When it comes to loan servicing and customer support they are easily the worst company I have worked with. Avoid financing through them and seek loan options through a credit union, if possible. The loan was orignially through Vivint who sold to loanpal then to good leap. All three companies had their liens on the home for one loan. Good Leap was next to impossible to work with. I called in everyday for a week and was told my request (for termination) was received and it would take a few days to process. The next week I called in and they said they never had a request and I had to start all over. The process was made even more difficult when I was directed to send the reuqest to their loanservicing email. They responded and said to send the request to payoffs. Payoffs said to send the request to filings. Can their own departments not communicate? Inside and out this a disfunctional company.

Goodleap also known as Loanpal, are not customer friendly. I have been trying to change my due date from the 24th to the 1st for months. After the billing is finally change, I was told to make a double payment since the due date was changed. That is exactly 7 days from my original due date. Thats not even half of what I went thru with this company. I have been calling since 4/4 to talk to someone about the billing date change on the payments and no one has yet to call me back. This doesn't work with its customers. They only care about money & every agent I talked to states there is nothing they can do about anything. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I file a complaint with the BBB. Case number is 17025367

Absolutely terrible company. Their loan system is set up to only accept a payment in a very narrow window. Send it too early, they just count it as a principle payment and do not credit the current month. This leads to the next payment being "late", where they enter you into some kind of home-based collection system where people call you multiple times a day for literally months after the account is made current. A supervisor is never available and the callers work only off a script with no authority. Worse, they have no access to your actual balance! I was literally holding a statement in my hand that said I was current and the idiots kept calling because "Well you're in the system so you can't be current." They never answer their number with a Goodleap person, only the home-callers. After three months I got a supervisor, presumably someone with account status access, who took 20 minutes of berating before he would even look up my payment status: "Oh, I see you are current. I'll remove you from our collection system." That took another month of daily calls. Never use these people. They want your banking information, which puts you at the mercy of their IT security. Be warned.

If you are looking for a GREAT loan officer to help you through the loan process for a home than look no further. Alex did a wonderful job. I owned a mortgage company for 10 years and if it was still open I would be trying to poach Alex away from his company!

Kelly and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! My entire loan refinance process, from beginning to end, was seamless. This was an email I sent to Loanpal & Blue Raven Solar on 02/10/2021. Personal information has been removed for our families security. I’m finally sending this email response from earlier this year after receiving yet another unnecessary solicitation from Loanpal on 09/23/2021. Loanpal is a typical corporate finance company that wants your money as quick as possible and then wants to issue a refund and drag it out as long as possible. After numerous attempts over the phone & email with both Loanpal & Blue Raven we’re still receiving a charge for $$$$ for an account that should have been deleted and closed out. We’ve secured a cash loan with **** and our family and Blue Raven have agreed to this method of payment for our solar install. We’ve never been in a situation where clear communication through phone & email has led to so much run-around and improper use of payment information. Moving forward we would appreciate the immediate refund in the amount of $$$$ and we would like an email confirmation of this refund as well. We would also like an email confirmation from upper management from Loanpal and/or Blue Raven verifying that the Loanpal account has been deleted and closed out and that our payment information will never be used again by this company. We’re sure this payment being taken out of our **** account is illegal since we did not authorize any payment with Loanpal, especially since we’ve verbally requested the account be closed as well as having email confirmation showing that the account has been closed. If this cannot be completed we will be forced to contact our bank and lawyer as well as write reviews for both Blue Raven & Loanpal in regards to how we’ve been treated throughout this process. At this point I feel like the partnership between Blue Raven and Loanpal wants nothing more than to charge consumers with the highest interest rates for the most money possible and then make it as difficult as possible to cancel the loan if your family finds a better option with another company. This process has been absolutely ridiculous! Please let my wife and I know that are account has been refunded and the Loanpal account is officially and with 1000% certainty been deleted and closed out.

Chris Patton and his team are AMAZING! I've done a number of home loans and refinancing over the last 30 years and this was by far the best experience I've had. Everything was done online except for the final signatures with the Notary. Chris and his team responded immediately to any questions I had and they kept the process going even during the Pandemic lock downs. I was able to get a better rate than any big bank would offer and the loan was completed in record time. THE BEST!

Terrible company. I sent a payoff for my solar panels to an address in CA, found out I was given a wrongful address spent weeks trying to track it down. Nobody there took the time to help. After 2 stop payments the title company had to wire the funds. Goodleap still charged me penalties & interest for their error. I paid fial amount and I am still getting collection calls saying there is a balance of 8 cents. This company's customer service department is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Joseph listened to me about what I wanted and then provided information about costs and process, and a great rate, that made it easy to decide and even easier to apply and refi. Great rates. They are willing to work with you and they have tried to make everything they can be online. They are willing to work with you if you have any questions. I would personally appreciated more communication about the process but they quickly replied knowledgeably to each questions I posed. They even followed up well to make sure I understood their answers to my questions. Once all the paperwork went through the notary they used to finalize the load very knowledgeable and professional. He even took his shoes off we he entered our home. Their online portal is easy to navigate and I’d expect easy to use. Overall everyone was very professional and courteous

We were initially approved for a solar loan when they were called LoanPal. Things didn’t work out with the installer and they made us reapply and changed to Goodleap. Once we re-applied, then they jerked us around requesting for our tax returns, as proof of income, then they said we didn’t provide them with all the tax documents, what did they want us to do? Make up something we didn’t have ? DON’T USE GOODLEAP FOR A SOLAR LOAN !
