When I think of refinancing, I think "I don't have time for this". Never did I think that I'd want to bother. We have used Dustin twice now to refinance! I was cold-called about an opportunity to refinance my mortgage. I was hesitant to initiate such a process by phone, but Mr Wong answered my questions and addressed my concerns with respect.
