Finance and loans have always been a terrifying subject for me. When it came time to refinance my house, I didn’t know where to begin. After talking with a few of the “big name” companies and being severely pressured and even threatened into something I knew wasn’t right, I was lucky enough to receive a recommendation for Mark and Next Step Home Loans. The experience as an Escrow Officer working with this team was exceptional. They were responsive, kept me in the loop and provided the documents in advance to allow for a double mail out (one to buyer and one to seller).
