I am so happy that I chose Next Level Lending to handle my loan. They were very helpful in answering all my questions as a first-time home buyer. They also took the time to answer all my questions diligently and didn’t rush. I appreciate their timeliness throughout the whole process. Whether it is getting a pre-approval letter or getting documents to the realtor to put in an offer. They were always on top of everything and were able to close my loan in 15 days! They are a very knowledge and a kind group to work with and I would 100% recommend.

I meet AK by a phone call from the other side! I was the listing agent on the other end and I was impressed with this lender and his team. Not only did he do what he said he was going to do (which is rare in the lending business) but he closed for that buyer in 15 days. Very impressive. A lot of lenders where trying to talk to me about that listing and at first it was difficult to see who was seriously going to get it done. AK is now on my list of lenders that I refer out to my own clients. It is very difficult to make it on my list because I want my clients to have the best. I worked with several lenders in the past, but after my positive experiences with representatives at Next Level Lender, I will only work with this firm going forward. What differentiates Next Level Lender from many other lenders is as follows: -Response speed; my responses were often answered in 20-minutes or less. -Modes of communication; between texts, phone calls, and emails, I felt completely connected to representatives at this firm. -Clarity, competence, and transparency; all representatives I spoke with were able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner instead of in finance lexicon. Furthermore, I was told exactly what information was needed throughout the loan process. -Loan speed; I was approved for a loan in an extremely short period. I do not want to write how short because I do not want to inspire others to shorten escrow as much as possible—but if you work with representatives at this firm, anything is possible. In this real estate market, one needs a high caliber lender which is why I highly recommend Next Level Lender.

Next Level definitely went above and beyond for us in such a short amount of time. The rate they found us for our new construction VA home loan was better by 0.5% than our initial lender and Next Level was also able to waive the VA funding fee for us which our initial lender did not. My wife and I can't thank Next Level enough for how quickly they came through for us right before our close date. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage related services.

I submitted pre approval applications with 2 different lenders before getting introduced to Shyam and his team. To be honest, I was very disgruntled with what I was getting approved for prior to meeting Shyam because I knew my income and credit score were stronger than what I was getting approved for. I consider extremely myself lucky to have switched realtors because my realtor, Charles Velasco introduced me to Shyam and his team. Without Charles, I would have never been introduced to Shyam’s team. Shyam was able to hook me up with $300K more in pre approval amount AND lock me in at a 0.75% cheaper interest rate than any other lender I had previously spoken to. After speaking with Shyam, I wanted to shop around to perform my due diligence and see if I could get a better rate. I tried, I really tried. I spoke to 4 other lenders, but through shopping around I realized there was no possible way to do better than what Shyam was able to provide. These guys get it. They understand that they will not lose your business if they give you the best rate possibly available and Shyam was happy to tell me to shop around when I mentioned I would. To my surprise, everyone I spoke with said they would be “stretching their boundaries” to get close to what Shyam and his team were able to offer me. Shyam and Akshay made my first California home buying experience really easy; in fact, they made it fun with their enthusiastic energy. They were flexible with appointments and would call to answer questions/thoroughly explain documents from top to bottom for me. As a healthcare provider with school loans, I was concerned about my DTI, but they kept it a smooth process and offered reassurance along the way.
