Cold texted me despite ZERO prior contact with them and no interest in their services. There is no excuse for this kind of predatory practice. Shows they are willing to buy irrelevant, cheap leads with no vetting and no care for how disruptive or unwanted their intrusions are. They call me on a different virtual number everyday and text or email me. I have told them not to do that anymore. Still happened every day. They're liars and garbage.

Initiated funding application with inquiry. Received multiple phone calls from Corey Jacques with conflicting information. While one senior underwriter Mike claims that they don't check personal credit at all, another named Gabe not only requests a copy of the credit report & bank statements but puts emphasis on personal credit worthiness. Having 720+ credit score such facts are important as you can't trust your credit with anyone nor do business with just anyone. When I reached out with further inquiry on the conflicting information I received rude responses telling me that no further information could be conveyed until an application was submitted, T application had been submitted the day prior with email confirmation. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Terrible approcah. When I told them NY is a long way from me, he got smart and said, " oh yeah,someone local, well they get their money from us, buddy", it closed any shot they had at helping my business. Need to be better trained and less uppity, and condescending, to have a shot.
