If you are looking to get a custom ring made, look no further!!! I have been looking to upgrade my current engagement ring for some time now and I am so glad we came to NY jewelers. We worked with Stella, who has the patience of a Saint. I was very particular with the design I wanted for my ring. I wanted a combination of a beautiful Tacori & Neil Lane design. I haven’t seen any other reviews of vintage-like designs, so I was very nervous. I sent them pretty much a combo of multiple pictures to create the perfect design, and they did just that. Stella & Darryl we’re so amazing to work with. From the CAD design, to the wax, to the final product. I highly recommend New York Jewelers to anyone in the market for jewelry!

It's always nerve-racking buying online. You don't want to get taken advantage of and you want to feel like you're actually dealing with a real person rather than some unknown body in the ether! I live in Connecticut there was no way that I could visit the store in Chicago. I was contemplating buying a Mavado that was by far the most expensive watch I've ever owned and frankly the most money that I have paid for any piece of jewelry. From the very moment that I contacted New York Jewellers, I felt that I was dealing with real people who I could ask as many questions too without being a bother. I was helped by Katherine and the owner (Jack), 5 stars in customer service!! And the jewelry selection is 5 stars as well. I won't hesitate to come back when In need of their services. The only tip would be to go on a weekday instead of A Saturday because it was very packed. But that tells you what a gem is this place since the other jewelries in the same building where empty.

I had the worst experience getting my money back on an item that put in layaway. The item was never done and it was put aside for two months and they charged me 10% (they initially offered to charge 5% but they eventually charged me 10%) in order to receive my down payment back on an item that I never had in my possession. Make sure you ask all the right questions and make them explain you how they handle their return policy. Stella was very pushy and unprofessional.

I have never really connected with a jewelry store before, not sure if it was trust, or what… but to spend my hard-earned money on jewelry for my wife or to add to my watch collection, I have found a favorite! I worked with Kyle over the internet and phone for a few weeks looking for my new watch, a Ball DeepQuest 2 Ceramic. Kyle ordered my watch and kept me updated on timing. I drove from Michigan and was not disappointed- Kyle was great, he sized my watch so I could wear it home, the selection of timepieces was expansive to peruse and ponder my next piece, the jewelry selection was very large, the owner was great to chat with, and everyone was nice. I want to take a moment to give major credit to Mike. I had originally called to ask about a specific watch and while it wasn’t in stock at the store, Mike said he would contact the vendor to see if they had it in stock and how quickly they could send it out. Mike was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Long story short, there was an issue with the vendor not being able to send it out potentially until after the particular date I initially needed it. Turns out, I could have waited for the watch and Mike had the vendor ship out the watch I wanted and I was able to save money by doing so. When I went to pick up the watch and met Mike, he was friendly, professional and so helpful. He sized the watch, and also replaced batteries for a couple of older watches I had brought in. As it was a gift, he asked a lovely woman (I didn’t catch her name) to wrap the watch box beautifully. Mike told me I could come back if there were any issues, needed help to understand it’s features, etc. Mike went absolutely above and beyond with the service he provided. It’s obvious that Mike enjoys what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. The store is lucky to have him! I will absolutely recommend New York Jewelers to anyone and everyone and especially tell them to ask for Mike!

I have been to their physical store and it was always a good experience. This time, I was home on Cape Cod, MA, and so I needed to order online. Simon was a huge help and worked with me to get what I needed and it was in my hands the following day. They really strive to help and deserve accolades for their service. Truly professional. I made an appointment online and met with Kyle, who showed me the watches I was interested in as well as a few others. I had called and spoke to Mike a week prior to my visit about a specific watch I was looking for. When I arrived, he showed me the one I thought I wanted. I asked him if there were any others he thought I should take a look at and he got out an amazing one that looked great on my wrist and also fit all of my must haves. He even showed me how to change out the bracelet/straps, sized it perfectly, and explained all of the features. It was an awesome experience dealing with Mike. Amazing support from Stella !! The prices were great along with the “design service” knowledge from Stella . Unsure about what settings and size she patiently advised. Most definitely has a gift for diamond rings design and what looks good . After 2 trips I finally settled on something beyond my expectation ! Make the trip there is free valet parketing at the door !
