The customer service at the IRA Club is outstanding. It is so exceptional that I am continually pleasantly surprised. Catherine Tucker opened my accounts and followed up on all required transfers. For self directed IRAs I think this is the best company to work with. All of my questions have been promptly answered by competent members of the team. They really deserve a 10 star rating!

We first came into contact with Alex and her team at IRA Club in mid-December when our financial advisor recommended them for doing a self-directed investment through a combo of a traditional IRA and a Roth conversion. How do I begin? I could name the employees one by one! I always feel like I’m the only customer since they always devote the time I need. Someone always answers when I call and everyone knows me. How do they do that? I have bought and sold one property and are in the process of buying my second. They take care of all the closing details. I get notification when it’s complete. Also, the website is very easy to use. And the forms I need are easy to use and often I receive them in an email as a docusign. I am so thankful that I found them on my first Self Directed IRA account! Their fees are the best I’ve found! Lastly, I Know they will keep me safely within the government guidelines!

So then, Vicki Holda answed the phone. She did a wonderful job helping me immediately change the new address in my IRA Club profile. She was very helpful, super patient during my explanations and truly delightful totalk to and work with.
