I found New Silver through a google search and had great reviews so I figured I’ll leave mine also for future investors looking to do business with them. I have nothing but good things to say about New Silver, James was my loan officer and he definitely delivered what he promised from the first call. I could’ve closed my deal in less than 20 days if it wasn’t for the seller taking so long to clear tittle. Very simple process overall and less hassle than traditional banks, I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you James and team

Great company, great work they do! Have been a returning client for a quite a few deals and never regrated once. Very efficient, quick, to the point. Company charged me a $499 appraisal fee but never done the appraisal. They would not respond to a request for a refund even though they declined to do the loan

As a financial professional who invests in "fix and flip" and rental properties, since 2012, and who works with CRE investment clients, I tried to reach out to New Silver by telephone to request certain details of how the "broker" and "referral" system work, as the descriptions on New Silver's website are fairly vague. I was told that I could not speak to Alex or anyone else until I had filled out a formal request for a loan. When asking about broker agreements before submitting client information, New Silver's representative began interrupting and restated that "no one will talk to you until you fill out an application." That won't happen. The whole experience felt a little troubling.

I appreciate the fact that New Silver did refund my appraisal fee after declining the loan. The website states that there is no refunds on the appraisal fee. It is unfortunate that I was not informed that they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days until after my previous review was written. I look forward to possible future deals with this company and I will wait until a deal is in place before paying for an appraisal.

I approached New Silver out of sheer desperation. I had a good deal but all the local HMLs kept giving me excuse after excuse regarding funding my deal (relatively newbie investor, really tight closing deadline etc, etc). I needed to get funding fast so I hit google and New Silver popped up. I reached out and James responded immediately. He worked through my numbers, discussed all scenarios with me and then got straight to work. We had a delay with the appraisal being returned - this was NOT a New Silver issue and James warned me that this would happen because its happening everywhere right now BUT he also told me we would close by my deadline. Was I skeptical? Yes. Did I panic? Heck yes. But James told me it would work out and it did. I have to mention here that New Silver's communication and responsiveness is unmatched. Every single email got answered promptly, calls were returned promptly. I don't know if these guys sleep. Professionalism is A+++ and this applies to everyone from James to Marwan and Alex - everyone is very professional. I got funded in early Nov and deliberately waited to review until after my first draw (late Dec) because I wanted to be able to give a full, true review of the whole lending and funding experience. Even the draw went smoothly - I submitted my request, inspector came out, I got my money in a little under 48 hours. I cannot praise New Silver enough. Where other HML make you jump through hoops and then don't deliver, NS delivers - no excuses. Their process is super simple if you have a good deal where the numbers work and you have all your other paperwork in order. They also have a very simplified and easy to use dashboard. I very highly recommend New Silver for all your funding needs.
