This is a nice location! The new security guard at the front door is very sweet and always so friendly! The staff are pleasant as well.

Always horrible customer service!! Would not recommend banking here. Have had a bank account with them for more than a decade. Better branch is downtown. Always new people so obviously a reason for the turnover and they still have the same negative attitude. The ora is weird and not welcoming..switching banks soon. Have even had better customer service at a walmart compared to here.

This is the best bank, period. It may very well be the best business in Santa Fe. I have lived all over the country and the best thing that I can say about any of my banks is that some were good enough that I didn't dislike them. So I surprised even myself when I found myself feeling so strongly about NMBT. Any small business owner knows that it is hard to be taken seriously at banks. Not so at NMBT. They understand that a business owner's income documentation is different than that of a W-2 employee and they have worked really hard to help us succeed. Over the past 3 years, we have been through the home mortgage, HELOC, commercial mortgage, and SBA loan process with them, and THEY ARE AMAZING. They know what they are doing; they care about you and your family; and they manage the banking regulation bureaucracy with professionalism and efficiency. Work with them and they will work with you.

This bank has horrible customer service! The branch on St. Michael’s is the worst. We have several business accounts and decided to close our account with this bank for horrible costumer service. Del Norte Credit Union costumer service is way better hands down.

The branch on St. Michales is the worst. It’s slow, disorganized, not friendly, and messy. Every time I come here because it’s convenient, I regret it.

We bank at this place and everytime we use our debit cards our money is on hold or missing and when we talk to them they deny that it was their fualt and they make you feel like we cause the problem. They have the worst customer services.
