    I got my first car from Santa Fe Toyota in 2019, I've had it for almost three years and will not go back to get any services done there. I would go to the service shop to get my tires checked, oil changed, and check for any engine issues. I was never told there was anything to be concerned of. I would have trouble with my tire pressure regularly, so I'd stop by Toyota to have them check my tires. I fully trusted Toyota because of how well my parents cars have been serviced over the years. On March 22nd I was coming home from Albuquerque and my tire pressure light came on so I stopped by Toyota to get it checked. I was told my back tire was flat but if the light on my dashboard kept appearing I'd need to get it checked and I could make it home fine. My drive home is on the highway so I'm going around 65 mph and I got about 15 miles before my tire blew out. I went to Discount Tires the next day and was told the tread on my tires was a 5,4,3,2. The tire that blew out was a 4 but it also wasn't filled. I barely got 28,950 miles on these tires as well. I'm extremely disappointed in Toyota and how this wasn't brought up from the day before when I asked them to check the tires and when I saw them a couple months prior to get my car serviced.

    Took such good care of me! My daughter and I were traveling from Denver to Phoenix. We spent the night in Santa Fe and when we started our 4Runner the next morning the defrost and heat made a horrid noise. We stopped by Toyota of Santa Fe to beg someone to just look at it at least before we continued driving. I assumed nobody was going to help us with no notice in this labor market, etc. It was a Saturday and they were slammed with no openings at all BUT they still took the time to take a quick look confirming it was the fan/.blower motor and they even had one in stock. They replaced the motor super fast and we were on our way. Just amazing. We always worry about things like this happening out of town etc but BRIAN BRANNAN and the Mechanic (cannot remember his name for the life of me) were SUPER NICE and respectful to us. Took amazing care of us and I am super impressed. They could have easily written us off and rightfully so but they didn’t. I wish more dealerships had this attitude! My daughter and I are super grateful for the experience. Thank you so much!

    I purchased a car from this dealership last October 2021. I waited to post a review because I was waiting to a receive full refund on a couple of warranties I purchased and no longer wanted. The person that helped me was Cynthia, she was very sweet and helped me all the way. She was very helpful in texting me inventory information and helped me even a month after the purchase when I wanted to cancel some of the warranties. I am happy to report that the finance department is also amazing, they were very clear and didn't add any hidden fees and were very clear with the purchase amount. They have been very honest and helped answer all the questions I had. I definitely recommend this place and I recommend Cynthia, she was awesome.

    I was able to get appointment that worked with drive from Las Vegas & busy schedule. Service was excellent including added work of windshield repair. I was informed & given details & cost if all immediate needs & future recommendations. Staff were thoughtful & I felt included in decisions & the process especially updates on time til completion of work. We have continued to use SF Toyota for 20 years because of outstanding service & concern shown for our needs.

    My experience and treatment was top notch in every respectful way. Cynthia H. was very accommodating and kept me up to date with my vehicle selection.     Outstanding experience with this dealership and the staff. Cynthia and Juan took very good care to make sure they found me the right truck and at a fair price. With inventory very lean these days, I'm very happy that I was able to find a low mileage Tacoma in such great condition. I highly recommend this dealership!

    I have been a customer for over 8 years. This was my first experience getting a work order via text/email. I am not "car smart" and had to call to get someone to explain. Fortunately, I got Joe who not only explained the repairs but also told me which were critical and which could wait but also gave me a timeline for the repairs I couldn't afford right away. The 5 stars goes to Joe!!!!

    I worked with saleswoman Cynthia Heldreth to purchase a 2020 vehicle remotely. This process was new to me, but Cynthia was so great to work with. Her communication was exceptional and timely throughout the entire process. She sent a comprehensive e-mail to me with everything I needed to know/do to get through this process easily. She kept me up to date on when the vehicle would get to the lot, and she set me up for success. Once there, she sent me to financing to work with James who was also great. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and got me out of his office in 15 minutes. Cynthia then spent an additional 30 minutes with me answering all my questions about my new vehicle, walking me to different departments to order accessories and schedule a window tint, and she did not leave my side until I had every question answered and I understood all the bells and whistles in my car. It was a great experience all the way around. If you want a competent and attentive salesperson, ask for Cynthia Heldreth. She is excellent!!

    Francisco the shuttle driver is THE BEST. He deserves a raise. I appreciate the new system of video and mostly contactless service. They did everything right...I do so wish they would remember to pull the seat forward. Minor, I know...

    Good service staff--I always spend more than I think I will, but I like to be proactive in keeping my 4-Runner in top shape. Did not appreciate being called by sales staff who get a list of the vehicles scheduled for service. I had to tell them emphatically that I was NOT interested in selling.

    Wasn’t going to do a review I thought maybe it was just me. After talking to multiple people the have also agreed they too where treated unfair. I went in to look at buying a car In the morning I was told If I brought back an offer from another dealer they would honor it also they where willing to agree in the morning on said price for my truck. Came back later that day to buy the car sat down with another car sales man do to the original guy being gone I was sitting down doing the paper work adding the car to my insurance. Shortly after I was told they wouldn’t honor the other dealers price for my truck which was the same price as we discussed in the morning. They do not hold their word even if you hold up your end I will never go back to this dealer.

    Their service staff lied to me openly about known issues. They claimed to fix my car (kept it 5 days without a loaner), but wouldn't say yes or no if they actually did. I've been driving a toyota since I was a teenager, but I'll never buy another one if this is how they treat their customers.

    Went in for an oil change on my truck. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I waited for the service and it went quick. Will definitely be back.

    Brian in service is the real deal. I hate getting car repairs but after driving 3 times to the PNW in 12 months my ac went out. He took care of me even though I was extremely stressed about everything. Will always ask for him every time. You the best Brian! Thank you!

    Had an issue with sales when trying to buy a truck. Manager reached out and immediately apologized and offered a solution. Would recommend. Update: Manager DID NOT make it right. He faked me out. Never should have taken him at his word. I shouldn’t of trusted these guys. Bought myToyota out of state. Even though these guys are closest to me for service, I will drive an hour further not to deal with them. Changing review from 5⭐️ to 1⭐️. Buy somewhere else folks.

    Not worth dealing with this dealership. I was trying to get an appraisal for a trade-in. I was asked for my keys and wasn't until the manager came back that I found out she took the truck on a test drive. All I needed was communication. They didn't even ask to test drive vehicle. How shady and disrespectful can they be?

    As always, courtious, efficient service. Would prefer it if they had a location in Taos, as we have "many" Toyotas in Taos, but I can't complain about the people in Santa Fe. I would buy a car and have it sevriced by this Dealer over others.

    Car is under warranty, and the hatch problem I have is terribly random. Appreciate that Service fixed it, and started a good paper trail in case it doesn't misbehave ONLY within the warranty period! Car fixed promptly.

    Service gets a 4/5 star rating, depending on who you work with, but I am really disappointed with the current sales team. They are refusing to budge on a 5K market adjustment when dealers in ABQ and surrounding states have no MA and will go so far as to deliver to the state line. There's no desire to keep long time buyers with their dealership because, "they're selling with the $5000 markup, so we're going to keep doing it". Another salesmen knew very little about current package offerings and gave false information, then got annoyed when I challenged them, because I HAD done the research. I have voted Toyota best dealership in Santa Fe for 8 years, but no mas. Stop being greedy and get salesmen trained, Toyota of Santa Fe. UPDATE: I spoke with Sean, the General Sales Manager and had a respectful and reassuring conversation. I am hopeful that I can keep my money in Santa Fe instead of purchasing in Albuquerque or out of state.

    BEWARE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP TO ALBUQUERQUE, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! DON'T BOTHER WITH BUDDY ESPINOSA AND HIS STAFF! APPARENTLY IT IS NORMAL PRACTICE FOR HIM AND HIS STAFF TO TAKE A PICTURE OF AN ISSUE ON A VEHICLE AND JUST PUT IT IN A POCKET WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE ABOUT IT UNTIL THE OWNER NOTICES SOMETHING THEN THEY WILL PULL THE PICTURE OUT AND SAY " OH I SAW THAT AND TOOK A PICTURE BUT GOT BUSY OR SIDE TRACKED AND FORGOT." AT LEAST IN ALBUQUERQUE THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW VIA PHONE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. SERIOUSLY, DON'T BOTHER TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO BUDDY'S TOYOTA, IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR TRIP.

    I took 2 vehicles hoping to get a good offer. I had originally got an offer online for over 11,000 on 1 vehicle. However, when I got there they were only willing to give me 6,000 for the vehicle and only 5,000 for the other. I told them this was way too low and basically a slap in the face. They went on about how there was an issue with the clutch and that the other vehicle had a bunch of body damage. I said that I could get more for the vehicles at Carmax and again was insulted by they would only give me 7,000 tops. I was also told that if Carmax offered me more they would me or beat it by $500. I took both vehicles to Carmax. Not only was I offered 11,000 on the first vehicle they took it on the lift and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the clutch. I was also offered 10,000 on the other vehicle. I took a picture of the offer and sent it with NO RESPONSE BACK. I cant believe they would treat a customer this way. Toyota of Santa Fe lost my business! In the end I ended up getting more for my vehicles but was also able to get another vehicle at Carmax that I wanted and for a reasonable price!! Carmax not only treated me with respect but went above and beyond getting me into something I love! HERE AT TOYOTA YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE A BUDDY IN THE BUSINESS!!

    1st off the salesman that helped me was amazing. It started off as Joseph who was busy so he asked Garbriel Pino to assist me. This young man was amazing. He took me around to see all my options with what I wanted in mind. He never tried to hustle the hustler so he got bonus points from me for that. We didn’t find what I wanted till he asked if my price range could go up $2000. There was one Tacoma left so he got the keys for me to test drive it. As soon as we got in the truck another sales man started paper work on the truck I was test driving and was ultimately going to buy. As soon as we finished the test drive we headed in to start paper work when another salesman tried to take the truck from us claiming they have already started paperwork. My salesman Gabriel did not let this happen. The integrity of this young man will take him places in life. He fought for over an hour to get me my truck. The other salesman had seniority but that did not stop Gabriel from helping me out. I appreciated the help I got from this young man. He deserves a raise. Gabriel would have received 10 stars if it was possible.

    This was second visit. I did have to return to follow up on multimedia service. First time they could not reproduce issue. However, with video I shot to show issue they were quick to resolve. Comments from initial service: The service shop and staff were outstanding ... attentive to what needed to be done and ensure follow up with other staff (to ensure met requirements for Certified). Shuttle service was very accommodating so wasn't stuck there all day.

    I waited 2.5 hours to have the oil changed. I kept asking them what the delay was and they kept telling me it was almost ready. I was warned not to take it to Santa Fe Toyota for work and this is a great reason why. This will be the last time I will bring any of my vehicles to this Toyota.

    Brian was exceptional. My first experience with a video provided of vehicle inspection and I loved it. I could not afford to do everything recommended so Brian provided a list of to do’s with their price and level of necessity so that I can plan accordingly for the remainder of service. Jerome was able to perform the services for which I brought vehicle in for in expedient time so coat was LESS than anticipated, 🙌🏽 How often does that happen? Great experience

    I do recommend the Santa Fe Toyota service department, they are really professional and right on point!!! - Be Aware!!! - Recently went to the Toyota Dealership in Albuquerque (as i was on a road trip through that area) and was bitterly disappointed with having booked in way in advance, still got shoved to the back of the queue and waited for over 2.5 hrs for a simply everyday 25,000 mile service, Santa Fe dealership has NEVER screwed me around, straight in and straight out - 1 hr max - Thank You Santa Fe dealership, you get my business every time!!!

    The service was simply superlative. Brian Brannan did a stellar job of sending my claim to the insurance company, of monitoring the claim process, of diligently working on getting my truck repaired. He was also exceptional in keeping me notified of the process to be followed. James Garcia who performed major repairs on my truck was absolutely excellent. He carefully examined the vehicle and then showed me exactly what needed replacement/repair. He took the photos needed for the insurance claim in a timely manner. His efficiency and diligence are clearly apparent in the finished repair. I would most highly recommend Toyota of Santa Fe, and in particular Brian Brannan and James Garcia

    Service was supposed to take 3-4 hours. They finished in less than 2 hours and performed the 20,000 mile check-up on top of that. Excellent service. Brian (I think) was a first class employee and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is receiving the best service they can get.

    I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. We own four Toyotas, one is 21 years old, still going strong at 30mpg. Everyone always has a smile on their face, remember your name and eager to help and/or answer any questions you may have. When you purchase a vehicle, you purchase the service department, which is outstanding. Joe Sanchez is the absolute best asset Toyota of Santa Fe has. He is phenomenal.

    We loved how easy going the sales people were (we worked with Charles and Allison), it was not at all how things were years ago. They were knowledgeable, without being pushy. They seemed to be taking good precautions, being this was during Covid-19 times. After the purchase, he took the time to show how things worked in the car. I had a follow-up call the next day, thanking me for the purchase and if I had any questions to call and he would try to explain over the phone or would send a video to help. Great experience!!

    Worst experience ever, I drove all the way from Albuquerque with a good friend to go with him to buy a used vehicle. He talked and ran numbers the day before with the sales associate, my friend gives his information for financing they said it was going to be 2 hours to get an answer. We go eat come back and to see the status of the finance. Still nothing they haven't ran any information then two lady's walk in and they sell the vehicle right out from him to her after we were neglected and sat waiting for 6 hours. Is this how you do business? Then the sales manager decided to say you didn't give him your ID earlier ( which we were driving from albuquerque which we weren't able to take a pic of it) which is irrelevant because when we arrived he had all the information. I don't think anybody should be treated like that and will definitely spread the word of this horrible experience to my friends and family who have purchased vehicle from that dealership and no longer will support that business.

    Dropping off my car was fast and easy. I usually have someone pick me up but I have used the shuttle service which is nice to have the option. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

    Made an appointment to see a vehicle. the Vehicle was ready when I got there, salesman was slightly delayed. good test drive, low pressure, informative salesman. Put the car on hold with a deposit and came back the next day. closing was easy and relatively quick. Had a small issue with keys that I had to follow up twice on. overall very good experience

    The service department at this dealership knows what customer service is all about. When was the last time you put down $900 for repair service and felt good about it? That's what I just did and I paid it gladly. It was a major service for my 4Runner with 143K, by-the-way. Joe, the service rep is one of the best I've encountered in all my Toyota experincens. They are very communicative; they do what they say they're going to do and they treat the customer with respect. Great place to get your car repaired.

    I came all the way here from Albuquerque mainly because of the reviews and true enough I was not disappointed. Frank was my service advisor he did all he could so I can be accommodated and to think I arrived at 3:00 p.m., I had my transmission fluid change and engine oil change which I paid reasonably plus Frank was able to give me a 10% discount. My next service I will definitely come here. Mario the technician on the other hand explained to me about the things going on in my car and was very helpful. my car now is on its top notch. The transmission shifts perfectly and it now runs like it's brand new. The car is a 2009 Toyota Venza.

    I was promptly greeted. All employees I saw were wearing masks. Went in to get breaks checked. Going on riad trip so wanted everything to be good. Turns out i need the brakes and rotors machined.     I previously purchased a Tacoma from here and had a positive experience so went back to buy my Tundra. With covid related production curtailments and chip shortages, these trucks are in short supply and high demand nationwide. Audrey patiently worked with me for many months and then took the time to find and order the exact vehicle color and configuration I wanted. It arrived this week and I couldn't be happier. I traveled 5 hours to Santa Fe to pick it up. Noure in Sales made sure the process went smoothly, got a quick trade in appraisal and offer for my Tacoma, and stayed after hours to deliver my Tundra on the same day it arrived. Toyota of Santa Fe is a great dealership. Their outstanding staff provided a great experience all around!

    Frank Guerra and the mechanics have been wonderful. We really like Frank. He knows money is tight since we are retired and so he suggests what needs to be fixed first to keep us safe. Everyone at Toyota is nice. They provide shuttle service and they have a very nice waiting area where we are all socially distanced.

    I personally had a wonderful experience in Sales Gerardo Macias & Lee Roybal were a great help. They were always able to answer all of my questions. Very professional & willing to help. I definitely recommend working with them......... Finance on the other hand is TERRIBLE. Since I am not able to write a second review I am editing this one. I have had a terrible experience with finance. THE WORST time ever. Lack of communication all the way up the chain of command to the Director of finance herself. I live out of town & I have made multiple trips to Santa Fe only to get the run around. Mind you this was just for a Gap reimbursement that was supposed to be reimbursed to me 4 months ago. I was told that things were going to be made right & to come to Santa Fe today. Well that did not happen yet again. I got another run around story how now somebody would personally deliver me a check. So let’s see if they will follow through. After the experience I had with finance I probably would not bother buying a vehicle with them ever again. Props to Sales but as stated earlier someone needs to clean up that Finance department.

    Toyota did good. We had to contact my insurance to check if the fix in my van was covered. They did the contact for me which saved a lot of time on their end as well as mine!! They then got the fix in the same day, did my oil change, and other minor updates that needed to be done. Good job!!

    Toyota of Santa Fe was so wonderful during my last trip. My friend and I had been on vacation and my car died just as I was coming in to Santa Fe. It was towed to the dealership. I was greeted by Joe who had been so busy he couldn’t even eat lunch. He was so very helpful and got me scheduled in for the following day. He verified that the part was in stock, made sure I would be able to get a car to rent, and reassured me the car would be ready the next day. This was such a blessing as we only had a room for that night before we were to leave for home in Oklahoma. He was going to be gone the next day but told me Brian would take care of me. And he did! I got a call from him and several texts of updates. I was so impressed with the video of the car inspection. That was amazing! I had never had a dealer do that before! Everything was explained to me professionally and clearly. I would drive back to Santa Fe to deal with them rather than deal with my local dealership. Joe and Brian were the absolute BEST!!     I ended up coming to Toyota of Santa Fe after less than satisfactory experiences at the Toyota dealerships in Albuquerque. Toyota of Santa Fe far exceeded my expectations. While most of our interactions were done virtually (due to me being located in Abq), they were pro-active about communicating and Juan Acosta went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. We discussed numbers weeks before the car even arrived and they never faltered on the terms upon which we agreed.     Frank was my service advisor yesterday.. I told him I needed to pick up the car by noon and if the service was not completed I could come back. He said he would make sure it was done and would keep in touch. The service was complete and everything was taken care of and I was out the door by noon.     I finally had to upgrade from my beloved 1996 T100 and went to a variety of dealerships to see what was available. Fiesta Hyundai was essentially a scam, tacking on $5000 worth of junk accessories they refused to remove and the highest dealer markup I’ve seen. Other dealers couldn’t give accurate ETA for when vehicles would be available. I met with Joe at Toyota of Santa Fe and he gave me a straight price and ETA so I put a deposit down. A few weeks later I decided I wanted a different package and was willing to wait till it was available. Joe made it happen on the same timeline as the original order and the team took care of getting me up and running quickly once my car arrived. The whole process was smooth, simple, and clear.

    My husband and I just bought a 2020 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and Elier Franco was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very quick to respond with all of my questions through text and phone calls. Testing out the car was a super fun experience for us and definitely made us fall in love with it. I really appreciate the way he went about it. It was an extremely smooth process and he always updated us with any changes to the loan. I think that if we dealt with a different person or bad sales rep we've seen in the past we would not have felt as good about the purchase, or would have passed it up altogether.     I will never write a review, period, but these guys have earned it and I haven’t even spent a penny with them. These guys deserve your business. I inquired with the GM on a Sunday, in the early morning hours, about a vehicle that probably will not be available to the public for another year. I expected an automated response or for the email to get pushed off to a sales guy, like the other 50 stores I had reached out to. Buddy got back to me before the sun was up, on a Sunday. Being in the industry, that speaks volumes. You will almost never hear back from a dealer principal or GM, unless their store did something horribly wrong. I am SoCal based and hope that this store can garner my business on the vehicle I inquired about, because I will gladly fly out or drive out and spend money with this Toyota point.

Although I am generally happy with the quality of Toyota vehicles, I am disappointed that rodents still manage to enter and/or contaminate the interior ventilation system.This has been a problem with Toyota trucks for at lest 20 years. It should not be that hard to fix.

    Went in to see about getting the new Toyota BZX4. I was told that I would need to put down a deposit. I fully expected that. I was told there will be a $10,000 addendum. Meaning I will pay $10,000 over MSRP. Google dealer addendum fees. Look for dealers not charging addendums. Stay away from this dealer.

    We worked with Joe recently while shopping for our dream car from out of state. Joe was great, he did a full video walkthrough showing us the vehicle condition plus any defects and answered all of our many questions. Then he held the car until we could make the 6 hour drive to Santa Fe that weekend. Joe didn’t steer us wrong with the car, it was in the condition he said it was in and he gave us a killer deal! Joe went above and beyond to help us and even days after the sale, he called us to let us know that he found another key and was going to mail it to us.     I can't rate Toyota of Santa Fe highly enough. My family and I have been customers for years and will continue to be. Raul Gallegos and Trini Gallegos are absolutely stellar to work with (I highly recommend you reach out to them if you're interested in purchasing a new vehicle). I had been going back and forth on trading my car in, potentially selling it myself, with the ultimate goal of getting into a new 2020 RAV4. After careful consideration they gave me more than what I had ideally wanted for my trade-in, ensuring that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. They were accommodating, kind, timely, responsive, the list goes on. Toyota of Santa Fe has my family as customers for life. Also, make sure you go early in the day to beat the crowds.

    Lost my loyalty. I have been waiting 6 hours for my truck to be finished, All that’s was needed was a balance, rotate, and alignment on my vehicle. I arrived at 10:30 am, one of the representatives called me at 1:30 pm saying the alignment was done but the tires weren’t working on the balancing machine they have at the facility on St. Michaels. My truck was then taken to the facility on Cerrillos for the tires to be balanced and rotated. At 4pm one of the representatives said that they are done with 3 tires and need one more. It’s now dawn and I’m stuck here at the dealership while i see the mechanics walk in and out of the facility. I will be sure to let all my Toyota friends, and have the word passed on that the Toyota of Santa Fe dealership is unreliable and the mechanics who is supposed to be working on the customers vehicles take advantage of holding your ride and leaving you without a vehicle.

    Came today for an oid change at the St Michael's location. What a disappointment. At the Cerritos location, the personnel is nice, helpful and organized. An oil change takes an hour or less at the Cerritos location it has been more than 2 hours and the car is not ready.

    I came to this dealership looking for a pre owned car. they had one that I was interested. I made my offer, the sales person went to check with the sales manager. Unfortunately, my offer wasn't enough... they told me right away. good, no wasting time here. a few extra details. it was 2017 with 38 k miles expired warranty for 19,990. when Brand new is 22995, 0 miles with warranty. I wouldn't pay 20 k for a pre own out of warranty when for 2k more I can buy it brand new.

    In addition to the prompt, professional and thorough service from our service manager, Brian, the service now includes a walk around video by the service tech rep who describes what actions he conducted in servicing the vehicle. Wow. I now get a very detailed assessment directly from the rep that also includes his recommendations for what services should be included as part of the next service visit. Brian and his team continue to exceed expectations while also adding a personal touch that is rare in most business dealings these days. These guys do a great job!

    Booking a 45000 mile service (tire rotation) and oil change and windscreen wiper change for my 2015 Prius C was easy on the website and less than 1 week out from when I booked. The staff were very responsive when I took it in and patient with me when I did not get something about the wiper blades (they swap the whole assembly not just the blade). They found rodent damage in the cabin air filter, darn it. Total cost was a very reasonable $211. This was streamlined service at its very best.

    A little more expensive than going to a non-dealership mechanic, but they were very nice and thorough! My RAV4 was having some issues that we thought should be checked out, and they took our explanations seriously and even went on a test drive with me after to make sure we were talking about the same thing! Didn’t feel like anything was being pushed on us and everything was explained well.

    Was traveling from Idaho to Texas when I hit a large pothole which bent one of my front rims. I was going to be close to Santa Fe the following day so called to see if I could get a rim. They were able to get one ordered next day and it was waiting when I arrived the following day. They originally said they wouldn’t be able to get me in until about 2:00 PM but they got me worked in sooner and I was back on the road before 2:00. Great Service

    Toyota of Santa Fe is the place to go. They really are a “Buddy in the Business!” I don’t make recommendations lightly, but I’m compelled to do so now. I was looking for a Toyota Tundra early in the year. Was frustrated with a larger dealership near me who made no effort whatsoever to negotiate over a small difference between my price and theirs. Fine, I walked. Next decided to email all the remaining Toyota dealerships in New Mexico, plus a few in neighboring states, with a fair proposition and request for a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer to my desired price. I addressed my email directly to the General Managers of all these dealerships, in part just to see if I would even receive a direct (not automated) response. I found it interesting that some dealerships don’t provide such direct contact information for their senior staff. Sent these messages and waited. Toyota of Santa Fe was the ONLY dealership from whom I received a prompt response, and from the General Manager himself, Buddy! He put me in direct contact with his General Sales Manager and a fair, straightforward, and transparent deal was quickly struck. All this initial communication, by the way, was via email. Buddy kept himself in the loop throughout and for a person in such a position to do so along with all their other business responsibilities is noteworthy in my book. At time of delivery I made it point to meet and speak with Buddy along with everyone else whom I had only known in a remote capacity. Buddy and his team were great to meet in person and I look forward to maintaining my relationship with them as I enjoy my new vehicle. Mine was really a pleasant experience I won’t soon forget. Toyota of Santa Fe is the ONLY Toyota dealership I will consider in the future and I will recommend them highly to my friends and family. Give them a try and see for yourself!

    Overall not impressed at all. Found a used vehicle online for my daughter and she went to test drive it. Reps were nice and friendly when she was in person. I started the process online and they just kind of left me in limbo over a week. What made it worse was for whatever reason the increased the price of the car a couple thousand dollars! When they gave me a quote I called them out on it and they said nothing had changed. I had screen shot the original post because I sent it to my daughter for reference. Offer clearly showed same exact VIN and stock. Rep that was helping me said he would call me back later that day with details and to move forward and he just ghosted me. I guess they are just trying to lure someone in with one price then change it along the way. Take the short drive to Albuquerque, I’ve never had this issue with Toyota in Albuquerque.

    I used the service dept here for the 5 years I owned my Toyota. They're very slow but they are good. Mostly. When I decided to trade it in on a preowned vehicle, the preowned sales staff was just terrible. They don't answer the main phone or their direct lines. They leave their voicemail boxes full so you can't leave messages. They leave you standing around the showroom forever. They're very snotty in conversation so don't ask any questions about anything. Anyway, I took it to Carmax and got SEVERAL THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS for it than SF Toyota offered me, and I got a LOT more help finding my new vehicle (which is fantastic), and I bought it for under 20k. SF Toyota doesn't like to deal in used vehicles under 30 or 40k.

    While purchasing a Prius at the office,. the sales person, Joe was very patient and courteous. When I arrived at promised time, he was waiting to let me into the office immediately. For each question, he replied me honestly and patiently. Also, the sales manager Daniel was efficient and courteous. I have been the customer at Toyota of Santa Fe since 1990s.     This was an incredible buying experience for me and my partner. We began with David Leonard as our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the 4Runner and very friendly. We only had to look at two different 4Runners, and the first one we drove is the one we purchased, and we could not be happier. Financing was quick and easy with Mike T who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We took it for service to have a few items taken care of as part of the purchase agreement, and Derrick assisted. He was very friendly, and the service was quick. We then had to take it in a second time to have some accessories installed that we had ordered, and Brian Brannan assisted us. He was awesome, attentive and detailed. From the very beginning, this has been a fantastic car buying experience, and I definitely don't dread when it has to go for service. I feel like apart of the family, and everyone you see working there always is smiling. That is a great sign for me that the owners and management take care of their employees and clients. Thank you!

    I am new to Santa Fe, and my Lexus overheated unexpectedly when I arrived. The service at Toyota of Santa Fe was wonderful. I liked that Brian took me out to see my vehicle when it was up on the lift so I could see for myself what was wrong.
