Jody and her team worked fast to get me the loan I needed and what worked best for me. Every one communication was great and I appreciate the time they all put in to help me. Although I was not able to meet everyone I could tell that they all cared and wanted to help me every step of the way.

Warning- do not use Jody talick or new American funding. Talick did not communicate the request to change my closing date that cost me thousands of dollars. She also overlooked important FHA paperwork that disqualified my buyer who had been previously approved. Talick did not apologise to anyone for these mistakes.

Jody and her team were incredible. In the market I was purchasing in, you had to have offers in quick if you wanted a shot and she would email me all the numbers and preapproval letters within a few short hours of me requesting them. She answered texts quickly. She helped with down payment assistance and was very knowledgeable in all the requirements.

I was so nervous when I started but Jody and Deb was there every step of the way! the two were amazing! I have already recommended 3 people to Jody and I am certain they wont be disappointed. When I first attempted to buy a house Jody informed me of the things I needed to get in order first then she told me to try again after I took care of those things. And now look at me, first time homebuyer!!!! I will forever be grateful to Jody and her team!

Ms. Jody Talick and her assistant Ms. Deborah was wonderful to have. They help me get a great amount of loan for a house. She is always available day or night if I need anything! My husband and I was always working and ma. Deborah help me so We can get our paper work done. Great mortgage loan lender to consider!
