Providence Bank is the best bank in town! I would have been so lost without the very patient and detailed guidance their staff showed me during my loan process, and I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart and I felt very comfortable and confident applying for my first loan through this bank! First did not have the best service trying to resolve a problem with my 82 year old mother bank account...the person was very curt and rude, like we were bothering her because we were a small account...was ready to post scathing review but then Debbie stepped in. Her professionalism, patience and politeness was outstanding! She saved your bank from a one star review, take notice on how Debbie does her job...she was great, thanks again Debbie!
