Beware. She isn't who you think she is

Jill was constantly out of the office so we couldn't get a hold of her as easily as some of her other clients. She wasn't professional and this seems to be a company wide issue when it comes to customer service. This company wouldn't be my first choice to go with and most definitely would not work with Jill Kirkpatrick. Waterstone mortgage is a great company, I started talking with them when Jill wasn't able to be reached and I would most definitely refer any of my friends and family to waterstone.
