They have a Cavalier attitude that doesn't support people wanting to buy their products. Imagine it's because they work with some low life people throughout daily dealings that bring them stolen goods. This is no excuse. Nearly everything in their store is marked 95% or more of retail value. They're really proud of their product. It's really a shame after you hear their anniversary marketing and how proud they they are, when you go in there in person you get this standoffish I don't want to be involved with you almost every time. Owner and management included. It's very odd without fail, they do greet you and in about no more than 2 minutes into your walk there they asked if you want to see something. But it's interesting how words and attitude can mean two different things. After visiting that store probably five or six times the past couple of years I have vowed after my last visit to never visit the store again. They're not there to sell in a traditional courteous way, they're there to do something else. It doesn't make sense to me, they have a nice building, they were nice location but they have a horrible attitude.

Unbelievable customer service! Not just your average "pawn shop"!! They provide on site repair for watches and if you enjoy Timepieces, you're in for a treat! The selection is unreal! From modern to one of a kind! I had busted my bezel insert on my GMT master and was being told impossible to find genuine inserts and would cost me a grand! and I was at a loss. Bummed out. I stumbled upon trading post and the owner Roscoe didn't hesitate. He replaced my insert on my Rolex with a beautiful gently used insert and told me to have a wonderful day. Honesty wins every single time. If you want an honest and fair experience- trading post pawn shop INC is it!

Roscoe was very patient and kind. Took his time looking through my mixture of items and helping my fiance and I. We will definitely make The Trading Post one of our first stops from now on. They have a huge selection of jewelry, firearms, and instruments. Along with an assortment of leisure and beach items. I highly recommend stopping by and checking the out!

This was the absolute WORST customer service experience I have had in the Panhandle since we have visited here. I will preface that this was the first time I had been to a local pawn shop. Initially when we got to the store we spoke with two very nice ladies while we waited to speak to the owner that was going to look at a Naish SUP. This was a brand new board (irrelevant I know). I was offered much less than the board was worth. This was expected as this is how they make money. Basic concept. I was fine with moving foward as again it was what I expected. What wasn't a basic concept here is customer service and inparticularly from the younger gentleman. I believe he may be the owners son. He was insulting and disrespectful of all things basic in common courtesy and cordialness. This guy is the most arrogant, works for a pawn shop guy (family member), whatever his role was. I was so taken aback that I chose not to deal with them and left. Maybe he was supposed to be the "bad cop". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This guy makes any negative steriotypical perceptions of pawn shops a reality.

Came here to find a specific item but was unable to. Instead I looked through their pile of small hand tools that were just all mixed on a table. Found an old klein wire stripper and pvc/tube cutter with rusted blade. Didn't need them. I just wanted extra just in case. They were selling the old stripper for 10$ (19$ brand new). And the rusted cutter for 7$ ($16 brand new). Asked if I could get them both for 10$ he said "no." and "thank you." in a dismissive tone. Then hides the items away. I thought that was pretty disrespectful but whatever. I guess they're making huge profit off of that store if they can just basically shoo customers away. Not coming back here.

Great place. Honest and very fair. Does not have to scratch and ruin perfectly good gold jewelry just to verify the karat weight. They remember you may not want to sell it for the price offered so they dont ruin it. They are real jewelers -not just people who try to take your stuff for a cheap offer. Surely Not like other shops. Very nice to work with honest jewelers who respect you as a good customer. Highly recommend them if you need to sell something, They make you want to comeback each time and worth the trip. Very clean, neat store and are employees Great too.

Excellent service and communication. Had a watch and a piece of jewelry that needed some repair that could only be done with a laser welder. Sent them to the Trading Post and as soon as received I was contacted by Roscoe and given a complete estimate on the work needed. Got both items back in a very timely manner and they looked brand new. Even my local jeweler couldn't tell where the repair work was done. Will be my go to laser repair guy for all future repairs.

These guys were awesome. I bought a classic Rolex watch that was exactly what I was looking for . I loved it so much I brought my father's in for repair. These guys know what they are doing. A gentleman by the name of Roscoe has a fast knowledge of Rolex watches. He authenticated my brothers watch as well
