Arletta was extremely knowledgeable and helped me so much with my banking and business choices. She was able to give me reliable advice and even suggest things that would help me on my journey. She’s a great banker and I highly recommend this bank just to have someone like her helping you with all your financial needs .

Every time I visit the Prairieville Branch of Neighbors Federal Credit Union the tellers are very polite and courteous! Today I spoke with Sarah and like the others, she was very polite and courteous and we had a great conversation! I also like to mention Mrs. Stewart at the Headquarters on Goodwood Blvd in Baton Rouge! She’s very nice, carrying and courteous! She’s Very knowledgeable of the different programs offered to NFCU members and she advises the customers of their options, and for that I am very thankful for people like Mrs. Stewart and Sarah Cory!!!!!!!!!!

Their security officer doesn't like landscaping companies parking up with their trailer. Member service officer had to go ask her manager the process for getting their name off the title to my house. She did get it taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with.

In 40 years of working with banks and credit unions, this is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. From the lowest level, all the way to management. If you are searching for a quality bank / credit union, run away, don't walk. Stay away from these clowns.

I received exceptional service today at the Prarieville Branch with Angie. I came into the bank with a problem and she assisted me with no issues at all. She was effecient, friendly, swift and professional at handling my debit card problems. Also, she informed me of additional services offered online that would assist me in the near future.

So i came to cash a check and waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes because they are so slowwwwwww. Then they tell me i have to come inside. I come inside and the lady adks me how im doing. Not good considering i waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes only to be directed to come inside. She then slaps me with a ten dollar check cashing fee. Am i not a customer? This is not customer service and anyone who gets denied the drive thru should leave a negative review.

Terrence D was the neighbors employee that waited on me. She was polite friendly and accurate with my request. She is a credit to your organization.
