My first time buying a home an I couldn’t ask for a more smooth and pleasant experience! I originally applied when I found a 6 bedroom home that me and my fiancé fell in love with. Unfortunately after my pre-approval, the house went pending before we could make an offer. During the process of searching for another home and loosing offers left and right. Our dream home became available again due to buyers financing. My realtor karissa Williams, one of the best around quickly jumped on it. We went and seen it and was in love just like we imagined we would be. Karissa got in touch and due to the last buyers dropping the ball, the seller wanted a strong lender and a very fast closing date. Lucky for us we chose Eustis mortgage. The seller had already known About these lenders and knew they are the best. So with them being our lender and them agreeing on working the fast closing date they accepted our offer!! It was literally a dream come true and unbelievable that we were not only getting the chance to offer on the house we originally wanted but that we got accepted all due to having the best lenders and an amazing realtor. Quickly after they accepted our offer letter my lenders jumped straight to work! Idk how they did it, they must have been working all day and night for me but they managed to meet our closing date that’s was just 8 days!!! Unbelievable!! I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve it! And I strongly suggest using them. Anthony Williams was my loan officer and he always kept me up to date, informed, and answer any questions I had with no problems. Even when he was sick he managed to make it happen for us. Amazing customer service!! I called Eustis Mortgage because I was entertaining the idea of refinancing when I heard rates fell at the beginning of Covid-life. Anthony Williams talked me through the steps and processed to expect, and from the first phone call I knew I was a future customer of Eustis. I began to send him the necessary documentation and he scheduled the appraisal for a day or two later. Once the appraisal was received by his office he was able to get us a finance rate that was far better than expected. The team constantly checks in, keeps you up to date, and informs you of what to expect next. They clearly delegate very well, and communicate as a team within their office- as there are several staff members that are in touch about various things. If you’re needing to finance a new home or refinance your existing home I highly recommend giving my friends at Eustis a call. They’ll be prompt and upfront from the first call!
