Hey! Can I give 6 stars? Neel did a loan for me several years ago and it all went well with no surprises. Over the past several years I have reached out to him a few times for advice and info. And even though I was a PAST customer and he was not making any money off of me this time, he still treated me like a customer. He even told me on one occasion stay the path I was on when he could have encouraged me to jump ship and hire him again instead. I would use Neel again without hesitation or reservation. He is truly a pro at his craft.

My wife and I closed on a Toll Bros. home in July of 2020, but we started the process in September of 2019. Neel and his team at AWM were amazing from the get-go. They were professional, quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and accessible. We were kept up to date throughout the process, and Neel was incredible throughout the whole thing. Our previous experience with another company in town was terrible, so to have things go so smoothly with Neel was a breath of fresh air. Best lender ever. As someone who works with buyers consistently through real estate I have seen many a lender just not get things done. Neel has always been on point, he's worked with many of my clients they all were pleased and some have referred him and used him multiple times. I have also used Neel for my personal purchase and refi transactions for about 17 years now. Wouldn't use anyone else!
