Neches Federal Credit Union Nall St, Port Neches

I had a different outcome from my previous bad experience that has given me a whole new appreciation for Neches. A single loan officer cared enough to reach out to me following a loan request. That interaction is my whole reason for 5 stars. She went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. She gave back the sense of small town banking to the credit union. They better hope to keep such an amazing employee, because she is the whole reason I will be a member for years to come.

This is one of the best Credit Unions in the area. Clean lobby, the perfect music playing…it’s a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Oh and the popcorn is a great touch! Would give 6 stars if I could!!

The worst experience I've ever had with any financial institution. The credit union issued a cashier's check and was unable to cash said check. Upon attempting to find a solution I was told SIX(Literally) different stories as to why they were unable to cash the check. Once we agreed upon completing a wire transfer, the Commercial lending manager(Wayne) lied in regards to the transaction timeframe. All in all, I'd choose to go to any other institution if possible. Incompetency runs deep with this business.

This has to be the worst experience have ever had with a financial institution. Would not recommend them to anyone and will be pulling mine and my husbands joint account from here. Horrible service hands down the worst I have ever received at any CU or bank.

Helped with my phone app setup...I was having problems, but they fixed it all for me!!! Great service and attitude from them!!!! Ty.

Horrible customer service. I called at 4:59. I understand business hours close at 5:00 but I called just to get an address to send a letter to. My work hours make it difficult to call during the day. It would have been a 30 second phone call. The woman who answered the phone asked how she could help and I told her I just needed the correct address to send a GoodWill Letter to and she interrupted me to say "I can't hear you and you probably can't hear me but regardless we close in half a second anyways," then proceeded to hang up in my face. The call lasted 22 seconds and it was still 4:59 before she hung up on me. Do better. It is not difficult to give people 30 seconds of your time while you're technically still on the clock. I would have been less mad had the employee left off with the "you probably can't hear me" but to say "regardless we close in half a second anyways" was about the rudest thing you could say to long time, loyal customer.

I went to every mid county location this evening and what did every one of these locations have in common? EVERY one of their ATMs were out of service. Thank you Neches FCU for the major inconvenience

I have been with Neches FCU for about 6 years. Since I was 15. I have never had an issue with Neches. I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude and my appreciation of Jacey Rossi. Jacey has almost made it a priority to take of any of my needs. Being that i no longer live in town, Jacey has always helped me with everything! Thank you Jacey! :)

Wayne irrational and racist guy , he doesn’t accept his mistakes. But Neches in Dowlen rd BMT .has the best staff. They treat with respect and patience. Thank you Amy Gonzalez.

Was just at closing and they allowed me to deposit my check anyways.
