This is the best pawn shop in bridge city. I've done business here on multiple occasions and have only had positive experiences each time. The people who run this location are honest individuals. I highly recommend Ray's Pawn shop đź‘Ť

I've given these people several chances and every time it's the same result. They either don't know what they're talking about, or they're just plain rude and condescending. I've tried to exain to chubby splotchy behind the counter that they're not Pawn Stars but he's too busy snorting and trying to breathe. As insulting as that is is as insulted as I've been in that place.

Went in to just look one day....Owner offered me a corn-dog and treated me just like an old friend.... Ended up buying a really nice knife and a guitar as well.... I WILL be returning as I feel like I'm with family when I'm hangin round there....Fresh cup of coffee always hits the spot.... Ask 4 Jon.... he"ll fix you up fer sure...... Fantastic, knowledgeable, professional staff. Can't beat the price or service anywhere I looked. Purchased a new one at a fraction of retail.Very friendly but will not tolerate nonsense.

Dudes who work there and the biggest babies. They don’t know what they’re talking about, and give me awful deals. Their knowledge on history is sub par too. Back to the drawing board!

Other reviews of the daddy's boy behind counter are spot on. Tried to buy power washer. They cant prove that it works. I said give me an hour. I'll hook it up and call back. Just prove that it works. Rude kid cant even take the dip out of his mouth or look you in the eye. I would never spend my money at this store

Owner’s son behind counter was rude, attempted to ignore me when I asked for pricing and was unattentive to customer concerns when attempting to purchase a firearm near closing time. Will not be back
