Nebo Credit Union N Main St, Springville

I've been coming here since I got my first car loan, but the teller Nicole just made me a lifelong Nebo customer. She caught a check error that would NOT have been in my favor. I'm soo thankful! Her customer service is always amazing and she definitely knows her duties inside and out. Would love to see her stay at Nebo for years to come. Please consider for promotion so she's insured to stick around for me. Thx Nebo!

I hate to leave bad reviews and generally done. I have had a great experience with Nebo except for their customer service over the phone. Every time I call their phone it takes me 20+ min to speak to a representative. Just disappointed with the customer care over the phone. Great bank overall but could work on picking up the phone!

I try not to write bad reviews, but the fees for this place are outrageous. Worst credit union fees I’ve seen. They have excuse after excuse for why they refuse to fix them even though they’re unjust. My husband loved them, so we’ve been with them over 10 years, but the last two years just keep getting worse & worse. I literally never want anyone to deal with them like I have.

We have been members of Nebo Credit Union since the early 90's and we LOVE it! The Staff is always super friendly and are quick to make our experience excellent! Thanks for being an awesome Credit Union! We definitely recommend them!

Luis at Farias at the Springville branch is very professional and helpful. He got us a personal loan withing minutes instead of having to wait for days for an answer. This credit union is very easy to work with. I just wish Nebo would open a branch in American fork or Lehi area.

I have had accounts with Nebo Credit Union for a decade now. I trust NCU. They have always been kind and friendly. I have never had any customer service issues. It is a great place to work with.

Nebo Credit Union is easily the best credit union that I've been with. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful at each of the three branches. The staff will make sure that you can get the best rate possible and are always willing to help you out with whatever you need!

I have gotten multiple loans from Nebo, for the most part it has been good. Jessica the loan officer does an amazing job and I think she is what makes the company. I had an interaction with a teller I believe named Alec which completely demonstrated extremely poor customer service. Unhelpful and blaming me the customer for the fault. Called again and got another person named Breanna I believe and she sorted things out within 5 minutes. I will no longer be doing business with Nebo. Thanks to Alec they have lost a long lasting customer who was more than happy to continue going there.
