Neal was very open and upfront about what my husband and I could expect when buying a house. He ran our numbers after asking what we could realistically afford and never pushed us to consider anything past what we were comfortable with. First off Neal is a very nice gentleman. Spent the necessary time with us, didn’t rush us at all.
