Change Home Mortgage came highly recommended, so we decided to go with them for our refinancing. Amber was wonderful to work with and we felt very well taken care of. She was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions through the application process. Rather than pushing our application through immediately, she took great care to avoid a credit check until speaking with us when she discovered that the current rates are higher than the rate we already have, with not enough of a savings for us to be happy with. We decided to wait until rates drop again and asked her to keep our application on file. Even though we decided not to move forward due to higher interest rates, we still had a 5 star experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Change Home Mortgage to anyone needing financing.

Nick and his team helped me get a loan when all other brokers I called turned me down because of my unique situation as a self employed person. They able to get me a loan on a house very quickly. Nick returned my phone calls and texts and offered to answer questions even on his days off. I highly recommend these folks to service your real estate loan needs, no matter if a primary resident or investor.

No hidden fees, they are very straightforward with the type of loan, any fees, etc. 4. We worked with 1 person from start to finish- no need to re-explain anything. 5.
