Neal and his team are amazing. If you are well prepared he will turn your loan around quickly because he is so knowledgeable about what needs to be done. I’m self employed, which is a nightmare for getting a home loan, and he made it an absolute breeze. From the time we did our paperwork to getting our clear to close was 17 days! The closing was super fast and easy. Actually makes me want to go buy another house because everything was so easy. All in, I would at least talk with Neal before you decide on which route to go for your home loan. Oh, almost forgot. I an era of low rates… he got me an even lower rate than my bank could get me.

While relocating to Tennessee, Neal Bailes was recommended to me by my realtor Liza Bryan Acheson. The day before my escrow was due to close, I received notice from the realtor of the house I was selling in another state that escrow would not close on time. This was disastrous! But we found a work around and Neal was able to get everything together in time to close escrow on time. Everyone involved in the purchase of my new home did a spectacular job, but Neal had a nearly impossible situation thrown at him last minute, and still managed to get the deal across the finish line on time.
