Good service. Unfortunately, Bank Needs to approve debit cards with pin numbers only. Because someone used at gas pump with Forged card whatever. I made police report and got reimbursed from bank.

I Opened an account with Navy army and I must say I walked in and was instantly greeted by April and talking with Crystal within seconds after that about opening an account. The customer service was excellent. Oh and by the way yes the business there is wild and crazy and busy but it is kept under control and everything is moving along and they still keep the good customer service coming through good job team keep up the good work guys I appreciate your businessthanks Crystal

This bank does well. Even through the pandemic. Sure lines may be long while waiting for service. But what would you expect when many people have to wait there turn. You want good service as everyone else. You just have to wait it out and be patient. Even the drive-thru at a favorite restaurant has the long lines. Thank You, team for being there for the community and keeping us all safe.

Navy army is awesome. Some of these negative reviews are petty. Since day one, they have been there, answering their phones to answer my questions. There were problems with my car loan, even though I was salty about it and some of the issues I had obtaining the loan, I look back now and think that they did not stop trying to help me. Change of address, app inquiries, anything, they have been there, and professional and pleasant at all times, even when I was being difficult. Sure there may be a wait, but what do you expect when it's the best bank in corpus, your with them, I'm with them, and for a good reason.

Worst service ever from any financial institution. No customer service after hours or weekends. Froze my debit card for driving to austin one weekend while buying fuel. Card got frozen while shopping at walmart across the street, and had to leave cart and go to atm to get cash. Just think if that happened while out eating. No buyer protection against shady online seller. They won't back you at all. Seller refused refund on a defective item even after i paid to return item to seller. Navy army called amd was told no, so they gave up since it is not theremoney. Costs me $210. So closed all my accounts with them.

Worst Location of all NACCU'S in Corpus. This location has the worst customer service starting from the front desk receptionist(Cassandra) . Walked in all cheerful and left completely frustrated. Receptionist has no knowledge of what every reps on duty can and cannot do to help waiting members. I waited an hour just to have manager on duty come and help with my reason for the visit. It took 5 minutes to print and sign some papers. Receptionist seemed more concerned to be on her personal phone then trying to help waiting member. She needs to receive more training and needs to take more action and initiative to help.

If your looking for a bank that actually has your best interest and provides services as their commercials portrays DON’T bank here!

1000 dollars withdraw limit. Nice. Quick. Couldn't deposit money from my credit union into there bank to my bank without having a account there. Stupid policies.

I used one of their atms and my card was cloned. The thief spent $1,800.00 in one day. The bank doesn't want helped me on anything or return the $1,800.00. NavyArmy's atms aren't safe to use. Choose another bank who will help you recover the money. NavyArmy just steals your money and offers horrible service!

The girl up front was useless, super rude and unprofessional everything that came out of her mouth was pointless and I say that girl because she wasn’t even wearing a name tag. We had to drive to the bank because every time we called it would hang up which was fine but the grumpy teller didn’t make up for it. Definitely will be going back to our original location.
