For any of my power tool needs electrical cords sometimes even mobile devices, whatever my need I always stop here first to see if I can save a dollar. I've been in here several times and Dee the manager always treats me like a loyal customer. I live close to other pawn shops but I don't hesitate to come across town just for the great service they have here.

my wife bought a silver chain from this place three years ago. she just had it clean, she was asked if she knew it was not 100 percent silver like she was told it was, they showed her has a magnet picks up the chain as they run it along the chain some section drop's off the magnet. the employees there are nice and they do make you feel welcome. it's a shame they just don't have the training as they should.

Being a customer with First Cash Pawn for over 10 years I was told I could continue an over due pawn for ten dollars on Friday. In desperation to save my watch I aired my dirty laundry to get help and was then held up for a much greater amount as two of my friends went out of their way to help. Thanks to my friends for their efforts and apologies to others for putting you in an uncomfortable position. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST CASH PAWN. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND LIE TO YOU ENCOURAGING YOU TO ACT IN DESPERATION SO THEY CAN MAKE A BUCK. Please share

The staff is always friendly. Top dollar on the loans, and very knowledgeable about the items they take in and sell. Thank you for great service.

The female assistant manager(Dolores) is the most helpful one there, and very understanding. She seems to keep the store on it's toes. Always trying to help her customer out the best way she can. I keep my business here because of her.

I love going to pawn shops everywhere. But never expected the service i got walking into this one everyone said"hello!" As soon as i walked in so eager and willing to help me. The employees were very nice and helped me find exactly what i was looking for and at an excellent price too. Sure to be back !
