    The person that works at the Kiosk when you walk in is more concerned about the power she wields when it comes to Masks than greeting you and welcoming you. She was clearly helping other customers but my lack of face covering was her number one priority. Now justify and make excuses why you are saving the world. What a Joke. Terrible customer service!!! Been a member for a very long time.

    Only Navy Federal option in the city so gets 2 stars just for existing. It's placement in the parking lot is very dangerous. To wait your turn you can either risk getting run over or scare the crap out of the person ahead of you in line by standing WAY to close to them. Open a branch already!
