Navy Federal Credit Union - ATM Crossroads Pkwy, Gulfport

Slowest and most understaffed branch I have ever been too. A few of the employees are extremely rude and arrogant. Makes me want to switch banks so badly. Only ever have one drive thru lane open, lobby usually not open, have to wait 30 min to an hour to just make a simple cash deposit. Ridiculous

We drove over to Biloxi Navy Federal it was closed. The internet site said it was Open. It was closed and the ATM was available. We left and drove over to Gulfport and the Lobby was closed and had to wait in line in order to go through drive up teller. We waited in line for 2,and 3/4 hours before I could get service 😫

Schools are open, restaurants are open, casinos are open, but some how this bank cannot figure out how to be open. 1 person allowed inside if and when they decide to open. long drive thru lines. I'm not sure if they are just lazy or incompetent.

Love the bank. But this branch is getting worse and worse. For the last 9 months it takes over and hour to get to the window. Something needs to be changed. Had to switch banks but looking like i might have too.

The women that greet you when you walk in always have horrible attitudes, and overall just very unprofessional. They need better workers and people who actually like to work in customer service.

Terribly managed. Constantly changing their hours or drive through closed. This morning went waited waited no one came. The guy behind me said last week they opened at 9. It was 8:30 and their sign says 8:30 is when they open. Then there is another sign that says closed on Saturday. So which is it!? Take the sign down that is wrong or how will people know!! Not consistent in anything anymore. If I switch back to USAA at least I won’t have to go to the bank anymore. Please stick to consistent hours and stop changing them.

Drive thru is ridiculous. Waited in line for over an hour and only 5 people moved thru the line. Lobby was closed. Other local branch location was closed although online states they are open. Very inconvenient.

Branch managers needs to provide information on the hours as well provide information on what they are and are not able to do at the drive through.

A joke, wait an hour in the drive-thru cause lobby STILL closed! They're not interested in my business so off we go..

I spent an hour and 30 minutes in line because they only had one lane open, and the lobby was closed. I was literally late to work because of this.
