Navy Federal Credit Union Ice Rink Plz, Ashburn

This branch is absolutely terrible. Customer service is horrible and rude. My wife and I put in for an auto loan here and got denied. When I called to see why I discovered my info was wrong and she wasn't even on the app(my ex wife from 12 years ago was). It is beyond me how you can have 2 people with I'd infront of you and run an app for someone else. If all of that wasn't bad enough they went into my exes account and added all of my wife's personal info to it then wouldn't let us back in the branch to fix it because it was 2 minutes after they closed when I found out and got back to the door.

The customer service greeter (big male) at the front wasn’t friendly. He then told me to go sit in the “back” (i am African American so i didn’t like how it was spoken to me). When i was leaving out he did not say have a nice day! Just really unfriendly.

I have loved navy federal for many years. Every branch has been fantastic with the exception of this branch. I normally utilize the drive thru service because I have children with me and it is convenient..however, one specific teller is always "placing a hold on my check" with no explanation other than to call the 800 number. I've done this twice and each time they tell me it's at the discretion of the teller to decide. She is the only one who will hold my check, and not give any logical reason. Every other teller is very kind, helpful and always makes sure I'm satisfied. I've considered closing my account because of my interactions with this woman. I wish I had her name.

Nancy is the most efficient loan officer I have ever worked with. In under half an hour I walked out with a check payable to a car dealer of my choice for my used car. Ask for Nancy and enjoy this friendly credit union!

I don’t know about everyone else but this is the most unfriendly Navy Federal credit Union I go to. Everyone seems to have an attitude.

I absolutely love this branch! I have been going here for the last 4 years and have never had a poor experience. The staff is always friendly and greet me like one of their own. I would recommend Navy Federal to all my friends and family just because of this one branch.

The Ashburn VA NFCU location has the worst customer service. They treat you like you have the plague. They are rude and disrespectful. If you can, go to the location in Winchester VA. They are very friendly, and helpful and treat you with customer respect.

I absolutely love NFCU and while this location is a little difficult to find with me not being familiar with the area, it’s one of the best branches I’ve ever visited. They are beyond friendly here and give the most familiar vibes!!

Navy Federal Credit Union is the best bank I've ever dealt with hands down. Well run, friendly staff and the list could go on.👍🇺🇸
