Very busy today as the day after Veteran's Day and also a Friday. However, the assistant manager was actively engaged to get folks the most efficient service. Very well run!

I can not rate Navy federal highly enough. Exceptional customer service. Great rates on loans and credit cards. Perfect banking services. My only constructive feedback to provide is to really revamp the ATMs. Their user interface is clunky, requires to many keystrokes to fill process. Cash deposit is also very slow and tedious and better handled at teller. Otherwise the perfect credit union.

I went to this branch to get a verification of deposits memo and I was told no one on site could do it. So I sat down with a branch assistant to generate an inquiry that was to be sent to a remote, next-level assistant with the authority to do so. Turns out, the inquiry was completely miscommunicated to that next-level assistant and the document I received was no where near what I needed. What bugs me the most is, I went over with the branch assistant multiple times what is needed in this memo and why, and asked her to input that pertinent information into the inquiry so there would be no confusion from whoever would generate the verification memo. Looks like she did exactly what I tried to prevent her from doing as I received about 1/10 of what was needed for the memo... frustrating to say the least as this could potentially have a domino-effect with other affairs...

Good service, the app though can be a total pain, last time I called to figure out why I can’t get into my app, after 45 minutes of waiting on the phone, I hung up ,as if I had the whole day to wait.

I was told by customer service to come to this location on 5/27/21 to print a new card and to fix a security issue with my account. It was 15 minutes till closing and I was sent to the middle cubicle office with 2 ladies. One was seated one was standing. I took a seat when i came in and was immediately being dismissed by who was said to be the manager of the location named Teresa. She continued to tell me she couldn’t help and that i would have to call the security department myself to get it figured out. So i asked for the number to the security department or asked if she could please put them on the line so she could help me speak to them. She was showing signs of frustration and telling me i would have to do myself and that they were closing soon so i would have to leave soon. I was persistent on getting helped so after insisting for 5 minutes she tells the other lady sitting down on the desk to call the security department. While on hold she interrogated me on my status of serving, if any of my family have served, where i worked and a bunch of other irrelevant questions. She than proceeds to to whisper in the ear of the lady sitting down and starts typing really fast while talking to the lady on the phone. With nothing being said to me at all while on the phone she than passes the phone to me rudely and than i was told by the woman on the phone that my account was locked and i would have to take further steps to unlock my account making it harder to access my account. I have never been treated so badly by a banks “manager” worst experience ever!

I don’t think I am ever going to close my navy federal credit union accounts. I have never had such amazing first rate service in my life. I can call them anytime and they are always there. I have my credit card and my car loan through them and I have had my checking and savings accosts with them for many years. They are there to help 24 hours a day and their app is so easy to use. I love them!

I love this bank. Always and I mean always have friendly and helpful staff. On a payday Friday guess what they have 4 to 5 tellers ready and willing to help you. Unlike other places like BofA having 1 maybe 2 tellers during lunch on a payday. Their rates for all accounts are amazing. Plus, you get a card right there with your name on it. Not valued customer. I cant say enough about this bank. They are the best and I will NEVER go to any other bank. As long as they are in business they have a customer for life.

Not enough branches. The mobile app is terrible. They reject most online app deposits. The mortgage rates they show are NOT what they'll offer you, its a classic bait and switch! Finally, they have zero customer loyalty. You'll be treated like you're lucky to be using them.
