Navy Federal Credit Union Abercorn St, Savannah

For the most part I always have good experiences going to Navy Federal but at times the lines can be extremely long. And I hate how long people take to deposit their money into the atm machines. Besides that the employees are friendly and very helpful

One atm is always down. I never get my money when I should. Why does it take DAYS to get money from a PAYCHECK that I get every week? Why does my money get held when it is CLEARLY my money? Good luck finding a pen to sign your check!

I walked in with a cashier's check and was told Navy Federal wouldn't release funds until the next day. It was a certified check signed by two bank tellers from another bank! Cashier's Checks are supposed to be as good as cash! A simple phone call could have verified my check! This put my schedule the offer I have for my a house in jeopardy!

Need more locations and easier access to be able to get service. The company in a whole is great but we don't have enough of them in my city.

Great experience working with LeDon here in the Savannah, Ga location! His customer service was superb! He valued my time and was very attentive to my needs. My account was opened so fast and all of my questions and concerns were answered that the hour wait in the line was so worth it once I got inside.

exceptional customer service and friendly environment but that doesn’t excuse the fact that Navy Federal is the LARGEST credit union in asset size and membership but only has one bank and the ATM’s are inside the bank and inoperable after hours for deposit. Savannah is a major city and is riddled with army bases and families dependent on this credit union. PUT OUT MORE ATMS THROUGHOUT THE CITY!! we’re literally begging at this point and it’s ridiculous that we would have to. Do better by your community, for shame.

The people are nice and always trying to find a way to help you.

Customer service sucks the branch manager closed the door early refused to serve me after I pointed out the fact that they closed the doors early now I can’t even do what I need to do but I need to find another bank asap

Don’t go to this Navy Federal! Literally always a line outside having people wait in the cold. Not to mention there’s no ATM outside. This is the only NFCU in Savannah for some reason, therefore the demand is always high here especially since it’s in 1 of the busiest parts o town which adds traffic as a factor. If you don’t live in the city, I advise you to go to the one in Richmond Hill. It’s only 20 minutes down the street.

The wait for a teller was irritating, however Drew saw my frustration and helped right away! Thanks for making things easier for a customer.
