Chase Bank Abercorn St, Savannah

Chase is the only bank I’ll use. I’ve literally never had any issue that couldn’t be resolved by calling them. (Maybe 2-3 times in 15 years). They look out for me and take care of my interests anytime I have a dispute with any company I purchase from. No fees because I’m a veteran.

The experience here was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a Chase client for 17 years. I will likely be changing banks after this. I went in to change my name legally as I got married. They assured me that I would have access to my accounts. I went to the mall and none of my cards worked (debit or credit) I called and went back to Chase. The person helping me selected the wrong option and closed my accounts. She helped me with my digital wallet however I am unable to do any online purchases until my new cards come, which with delays could take a few weeks. This is two weeks before Christmas!!! She was completely unapologetic and did not even say sorry when this was clearly their mistake. Will not be returning to this branch

Called chase asking about name change, was told to complete in-person at bank location. Drove OVER AN HOUR to come to the bank for the name change process, was made to wait while the bank had to call another banking hotline just to be told on the end I’d wasted my time driving to the location when in fact the name change could only be processed over mail. Should’ve been told this 1. Over the phone when I spoke to chase and 2. When I arrived at the bank before wasting my time. Not to mention, banker was cold and inhospitable.

Closed my account randomly with ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION. I opened the account online in November 2020. I’ve come into the bank to verify my identity and withdraw money multiple times. The promise you a $200-$300 bonus and when you qualify they close your account. Fraudulent company. All of a sudden my account is closed and my money is up in the air from my Payroll because they closed it with no warning! On top of that they tried to not let me withdraw my money!! Wanted me to open a new account to withdraw. Are you people insane?? Why would I open a new account after you closed my first one without a single word? Do NOT come to this bank. They’re stealing money from people and downright refusing to give it up. I’m already struggling because of COVID and here they are making it even worse.

Poor customer service. The bank associate was on phone forever and when she finished, she didn't ask if we've been helped. Thanks to the Teller who asked if we need help!

I love banking with chase! They are so customer service oriented! This location is great! I had to get a check cashed from another bank and they assisted in helping me get to the right place! Y’all are the best!

Great experience! I ran in to get some checks and had my dog in the car with the windows down. The teller at the front, Robert, let me know that they are actually dog friendly! I was able to bring her in while I changed my pin and my dog got a lot of pets and even a treat while she waited for me. This makes such a difference because I always try to go through drive thru windows or put off what I Need to get done because I usually have my dog with me.

I’m so upset with my experience with chase as it only lasted 4 days -_- i was told to open my account online (which i did) and then registered my direct deposit to be able to qualify for their $200 bonus offer. As soon as my direct deposit was approved they restricted my account and told me it was going to be closed because they suspect fraud! Whattttt?!!!! I verified my identity, i verified my work place and went to the branch personally and there was “nothing” they could do. So not only do i have to wait for my money by mail it took an hour and a half to get the $200 i deposited in cash myself! I’ve heard so many great things about chase and now i will never go back!

Have been with CHASE a very long time, and have been in many branches across the US....This is an exceptional office.Ms Angelina Lundy is an excellent person to work with.She is super efficient and couldn't be more charming.. You feel confident with her so ably handling your money!...Christine at this branch is great too.Super helpful and accommodating.
