Ms. Jessica is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to NFCU. She attentively and with such care assisted me with processing a wire transfer. As an employee and a sympathetic Mother- she willingly, without having to ask, helped me with 2 very active toddlers! We are lucky that you were there at the end of our long escrow process. As a military family, we appreciate you Ms. Jessica!!!!

We came in to apply for a simple credit card. They told us to fill it in on paper and take a seat. We waited 20 minutes and asked how much longer. They said they have 4 people ahead of us. 40 minutes and 6 people attended before us later: we went back up and asked how much longer. They said theres still 3 people ahead of us. Horrible service and people. The lady sounded like she was giving us attitude. They need to get their service together.

I have been a mbr for a few years and their service is awesome! The tellers are speedy and friendly! I have enrolled my children and grandchild through one of their periodic bonus programs and yes they get the same benefits, accounts as i do. :-)

The lady that help me was pretty cool. Gave thr hrlp i needed. And well i had to wait in line for them to help me. Which wasnt too bad. I check my credit to increase by credit limit. And they said there were some other options depebding on what i needed the funding for.. i was like business

Fabulous banking experience. If you qualify for membership I reccomend it highly. When compared to other Banks or Credit Unions I have been involved with this is hands the best.

I was at this branch and the cashier was already processing my cashier check, went to my car to get more cash and went I came back the security guard would not let me go back in cause I according to his watch was already 4 pm. Not on my phone clock, I explained to him that I wasn't 4 pm yet and that they were processing the check already, he pretended to go and ask, but I saw that he didn't. I guess he wanted to go home early.

Couldn't understand why they close at 5p when some of their other branches close at 6p. In addition went to the drive thru & the ATM is way too high from you car & I have an SUV. So now I have to climb out of my car to reach the card slot, humm safety at it's finest. So I can carjacked or rob for attempting to deposit my money. Will not visit this location again.

The staff is great and very fast. I never wait an extended period of time here.

Security guy is rude, ignores customers and doesn’t respond. Zero customer service, teller Lee is very rude, I asked to see a manger to address my concerns, his manger never came out of his/her cave. Careless and unprofessional.

You used to have 2 walk up atms, now just one. Thanks for making it less convenient for your customers. It shows a lack of care for us.
