Went to open a joint account but I assure you please do not visit this location. Took 30 minutes for someone to tell me that I had to open an account over the phone, which in turn had another 30 minute way. Also, be prepared to have random people pedaling clearly stolen goods and homeless outside, with security not caring at all

Every. Single. Time. I come to this branch 90% of the tellers are standing at their stations but unable to assist customers. I'm standing in line right now, it's already been about 10 minutes, and literally 2 out of 5 people standing here have been open the entire time I've been here lol smh

There is no banking institution like Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal is the largest credit union in the United States and they treat their customers like royalty. If you have a close family member in the military or have a military affiliation, you need to join. Their products are amazing and They are generous. Build a good banking relationship like direct deposit and they will show you love.

They wasted my time and all I needed to do was a finical review. Rude staff atypical of Navyfed. I will not be returning dispite the closer location.

Really long line like the DMV, been here 30 mins, no one really cares, they hate their jobs, their motto should be.. we serve no one!

Very poor customer service over the phone. Waited an hour to get a response veterans and active duty service members should not have to wait on the phone if a member calls during his/lunch hour they wouldn't even have the chance to speak to someone. This seems wrong.

This is the best Credit Union in CA. I was looking to purchase a vehicle during the pandemic shut down 🤦🏽‍♀️. I was assisted over the phone. I had to come into the branch to pickup my purchase order check and shop for my new vehicle. I made arrangements before coming into the branch. I had open this account a few weeks before the pandemic shut down. I was giving the BEST interest rate. I was treated with respect as a human. Not a number as I have been treated at some Banks.

Atms never work. Lines are ridiculously long. Customer service is subpar. Wait time to enter bank is usually around 30 minutes.

Amazing staff! Been banking with them almost 20 years and I do not have one complaint!
