Navy Federal Credit Union E Juanita Ave, Mesa

Live in the West Valley and use the tiny one off Northern and the 101.. no drive thru and the atm takes forever. When I pick up my nephew on the east side of The Valley this is my fav branch to go too. I love how well lit it is at night!!

If you bank with NFCU, please go to the Chandler location. The Mesa branch lacks tact and class. Their lobby always has a wait. I recently visited to pick up a cashiers check for my rent. I went online and filled out everything. Not only did they not have it ready, but the young lady had the nerve to say out loud “you don’t have enough in your account”. For starters, it was already deducted. Next time, try doing a little digging before you shout out embarrassing statements. Branch manger, sounds like a learning opportunity for your employees.

Not impressed. Not in the least. Don't ever use this bank for a significant merchant or purchase. If you have any dispute whatsoever with services, they will not back your claim nor support your position.bno matter how many digital photos and documentation you prefer vide to prove your position.

Absolutely love this bank!! My kiddos have their accounts here as well now and have been saving with excitement! I have never had a single issue with this bank and I have been banking here for almost 3 years now. :)

I just became a member yesterday. I was directed to Navy Federal by a friend as well as a realtor. Upon my arrival I was greeted and signed in by Flor. She was friendly and helpful. I only waited for about 5 minutes before I was called on by Lindy. Lindy was spectacular at customer service. She got me signed up quickly and not only answered my questions but answered questions that I didn't even know I needed to know. I then inquired about a mortgage loan and she was able to give me the information that I needed as well as print outs of pertinent information. Lindy then explained what I was able to do with the app and online. Overall I cannot think of anything else that the folks at Navy Federal could have done to make my experience any better. I have a lot of confidence in Navy Federal and hope to do business with them for years to come. I feel this way because of the way thier employees present themselves. Great job guys and thank you.

Talking to a manager is like talking to a Walmart manager. They try to make it like it's your fault when it comes to direct deposit on your phone. The teller says just down load the app take a pic of your check and you will have$225 instantly. LOL..The jokes on you customers! They don't exPLAIExplainANYTHING!! UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE!! SCREW DIRECT DEPOSIT!! AND PLEASE!! CORPPRATE PEOPLE DON'T TREAT US LIKE IDIOTS!! NOTHING!!

Very displeased with customer service. We have had an account for 10 years with them. Went in to refinance our loan and because they have been to busy with refinance requests we were told we have to meet a new softcap to be qualified. This would of been normally ok, but we've been a navy federal customer for 10 years and our softscore was 3 pts under their cap. We will be moving to another banking company very soon and will no longer do business as this was very unprofessional for long term customers. Note: we went through another company and found out our score was well above their softcap.

I’ve had the best experience. We went to this branch with my father in law he was trying to refinance his car. Lindy was absolutely outstanding in giving him the options and being compassionate and showing empathy. Thank you lindy!

This is a good credit union that looks out for it's members. I have had 2 auto loans with them and the next one will be with them as well. I recommend this financial institution.
