Navy Federal Credit Union Dogwood Dr, Conyers

Drove 4 hours from Knoxville TN to Conyers GA to purchase a Truck and just needed a Cashiers Check (my own money). I was told due to the amount I had to go to a Branch to pick it up. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I was told their system crashed 15 minutes before they closed (how convenient) when I got to the counter. Of course there were probably 30 people waiting in line and I feel like they just wanted to close at 1 and not help their customers. Clever tactics for lazy employees. They kicked everyone out of the bank and said there was nothing they could do. And they are closed on Sunday so I drove 4 hours to be told I could not even access my own money. I will be moving all of my money back to USAA. If I could leave negative stars I would. Also smelled like a pot dispensary in there.

ATM NEVER WORK!!! I have tried to make a deposit Friday, Saturday and Sunday. NO SUCCESS!!! I have spoken with branch manager about the ATM. I was told once the ATM is full after hours you can't make anymore deposits until the bank opens. Once the bank opens and empty the ATM then you can make more deposits. I recommended two ATM machines in the parking lot. "Drive up ATM" Nothing Yet

The customer service is great but this is my 4th time coming trying to establish a new account. Pleaseeeee send help to Conyers the wait times are ridiculous!!!! Long wait times for over an hour all 4 times. I couldn't wait any longer. I heard great things about this bank but I will never know. I just don't have the time to continue waiting. GA Credit Union here I come

I love the people here customer service is great. But the ATM machine is always down. I mean always down its Ridiculous! They need to put of them over here. One that is not attached to the bank. Just a thought!

Visited yesterday and apparently (at least initially) I was forgotten about after being told to be seated. When I decided I was ready to leave, the staff and other patrons tried to convince me the wait is long at all Navy Fed branches. Well I went with my gut instinct and left. I arrived at the McDonough branch 35 mins later and only waited approximately 3 minutes before I was working with a bank employee. Was in and out after 15 minutes. The Conyers location just sucks.

Very long line to get to the ATM. I wish they had more NFCU in different places.

Professional staff. Excellent service. Customer friendly.

I never have a problem with the staff. But the ATM almost never takes deposits. Slso they need to have a late day because not everyone works in Conyers. I have to leave work early in order to catch the bank by 5pm.

I love the bank but it could use a little more staff to speed up things. Navy Federal has the slowest ATM I have ever used.I would like to see more branches and satellite ATMs.
