Lightning Pawn Shop Hwy, Conyers

I checked out a few pawn stores in the area to find a used guitar or cool gun. Although I couldn't find what I needed the receptionist and the older gentleman besides her were very sweet. Upon walking in I was greeted and they told me if I wanted to see something to just ask. Two other pawn stores didn't say a word to me so that is very kind for them to do. I will make sure to come back to this pawn store.

I purchased a game console in took it home in the controller didnt work. Called up in the lady said it was my fault for not checking it before I left when I told her they should check there products before buying them in selling them she got really nasty would not recommend this to anyone. Bad customer service in bad merchandise. I rate them at a negative one.

A VERY RACIST BUSINESS!!! I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them and was told that they only wanted cash!!! who walks around with 5000$ cash, even after i suggested that they hold on to the title until the check cleared they wanted neither cashiers or personal check i could have gone back with the money because it sat there for another couple weeks, but I refuse to be degraded.

I'm a first time gun owner and was extremely pleased by the whole experience with David and the lightning pawn crew who work in the shop! I would highly recommend shopping with David and the crew again for quality customer service!

This place is a JOKE!! If your looking for a pawn shop with the worst customer service and the worst selection and the most mentally retarded employees then look no further! If your looking for a place to waste ur time and offer you $25 for a $150 item then stop on by the lightning pawn.

Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. I have pawned things here and they are always so helpful about it, and work with me on payments since I get paid a few days after the due date. They CERTAINLY are not racist, as my boyfriend is Mexican. That being said, we are also gay, and the company treats us FAIRLY and EQUALLY, when they could (legally) turn us away if they wanted. Many times I have had personal conversations with the employees there, they are so fun to talk with, and it is such a welcoming and laid back, yet still professional environment. Highly recommended, best prices (if you're pawning OR buying), and I ALWAYS check with them first before looking anywhere else.

I would recommend this establishment over and over again. They operate with amazing family values and you can tell they truly appreciate each customer. They are very understanding and have worked with our family to always ensure a happy outcome. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed, whether you are pawning, selling or buying.

I have been making payments for 4 months on a item of mine that I pawned and I called them to check on my item and they told me that they have new owners since August 1st and my item was GONE and they have no explanations at all besides that I am a liar and I didn't make any payments! HOW CAN YOU STEAL SOMEONES HARD EARNED MONEY AND SLEEP AT NIGHT??? THIEVES!!!!!!!

These guys rock !!! They are very friendly, Extremely reasonable pricing and a nice inventory tools, flat screens, laptops, guns, etc. Pretty much will loan you what ur asking for (within reason). This is exactly the way a pawn shop shpuld be ran. I recommend these guys to everyone. DONT WASTE UR TIME RUNNING @ TOWN. Go see these guys FIRST!!! You will not be disapointed.

I use to love lighting pawn until they changed owners. It use to be like family until recently and now the new owners or workers they have r hateful and just don't want to help or get attitudes with people.
