This Navy is a very nice Branch. I've visited several time. I like they have ATM inside and outside. I didn't have to stand in the long line. It's one of the nicest NFCU I've seen. I think they've been upgrading for awhile now.

Worst branch that NF has anywhere. You will never find the services you need at any time. Long line at the ATM, no service at all even with the expansion... empty offices and customer service is below average for a Navy Fed standard. I would rather get this branch closed out and open a new one around a better area like Lexington or west Columbia. NF should revised this location and stop dumping money just for it to look bigger and newer! Lastly, for printing and notaries I have to used UPS stores and pay out of pocket because this branch never have the availability that any other branch has! Ultimately, dont come here!

So frustrated every time I come to this bank. Everyone has to stand outside in the long lines. They take forever to move. In the heat, cold or whatever. It’s ridiculous and the Covid excuse is unacceptable. You will be in line for at least 20 min. They need more locations and more people working or something. The teller outside won’t let people deposit money! I will be choosing a new bank

This branch has been using Covid as an excuse for shorter banking hours, long lines outside in extreme temperatures, and letting people stand in line for a little while before telling them they won’t be served that day. This is the worst Navy Federal branch I have used in 16 years of being a member.

Second time in 2 weeks I’ve been to deposit cash into the atm and it’s not working. I’m assuming it gets full, which means this locations needs to do better about servicing the atm. Had caused me some major problems and inconveniences.

Take your patience, lunch, and several snacks when you visit the branch offices. They are so slow. The services they offer are phenomenal, but the efficiency of the tellers is horrible. Everytime I come in someone is training. Perhaps, they should train new CSR on Tuesday through Thursday and not on a Friday or the busy days.

Every time I go to this branch I am always disappointed. This time waited in line for 30 minutes after asking the staff up front if we could do a certain action, only to be told afterwards we cannot do that. Line outside building with only one teller and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Seriously considering changing banks since Navy Federal has always been a headache. Would not recommend this branch.

It's not ADA friendly. You have to stand outside in the extreme heat because they're only allowing 2 people at a time. ATM is always down and when asked why, the teller says it gets full quickly. If you have a business account and a personal account, you cannot transfer money between the two. This location need its own building with drive thru and a bigger ATM.

I walk in, of course a line, its Friday. But the young lady never acknowledged me, people who came in after me, received greetings, do you need assistance....me I got nothing..there was this ONE gentleman, who I wont detail much because it will be obvious, but his energy was fantastic, the rest, need customer service training immediately..so sick of patronizing places with these unprofessional people.#pleasedobetter
