Navy Federal Credit Union N Davis Hwy, Pensacola

I like Navy Federal Credit Union and this location is good also, my only qualm is it is always busy and could use a larger parking lot. But it was probably out of their hands when they moved to the location. Basically you take what you can get and being on the corner makes it nice having more than one entrance and exit. Customer service is always great inside.

If your ATM is down. You should have more than 1 person working the 3 drive up carrier lanes. Especially at a very busy time. This bank always has a long line in these lanes. Very inconvenient.

Thank you Melody Caday! I went in to the Davis Hwy Branch in Pensacola, FL and like many first time auto loan applicants I was filled with anxiety and was in a tight place needing to replace a car. I checked in and told Michelle at the front door that I was coming in today to see if I was eligible for an auto loan, she took my name and referred me to a specialist. Right away I was greeted by Ms Melody and I told her what was going on and that I would need to apply for my first auto loan, not being very knowledgeable about loans or buying a car from a dealership, she broke everything down clear and concise for me and was super positive. Guys it’s tough going in and asking for a loan from your financial institution, but Melody made me feel welcome and assured me that Navy Federal had my back. After plenty of explanation on how the car buying process would go and the different available loan types along with how the interest rates work, etc., she helped me understand to make a confident decision on which loan I wanted to apply for. Boom, a few clicks on the computer and a hard credit pull and Melody was placing a $20,000 check in my hands to take to a dealership of my choosing! Thank you!

Can not get my account with Navy Federal closed fast enough. 1hour and 13 minutes twice this week in a Navy Federal drive through to do simple banking transactions. 36 minutes on hold to.talk to customer service. Done with this bank. They are not customer focused at all.

The best bank I've ever had. Avoid going on Fridays or 1st and 15th of the month if you can because the lines do get long (which isn't NF's fault) as that is payday for a good majority of members. Other than that the member service is astounding. The atmosphere is always clean and professional. The employees are top notch! You can't ask for any better.

Went here to get a cashier check. Representatives were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering and instructed where I needed to go. The line and wait wasn't too long and when it was my turn the representative was fast and efficient.

HORRIBLE. Waited an hour to a see a CSR today re: receiving a wire transfer. Nobody cared….. usual blah blah from the gal at the reception desk when I went to see what the issue was. Had to leave after over an hour for a MD appointment. Useless branch manager sat in her little cube ignoring us the whole time. Doing busy work or FB or something. Had to leave. I guess I’ll have it wired to B of A. Since I want to leave B of A because of THEIR horrible service, might as well stay there. Infuriating. The worst. Never again.

I can’t say enough good things about this bank! I have had terrible experiences with banks in the past charging ridiculous fees and never being able to reach an actual staff member to discuss an issue. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful and their policies make sense. I will never leave! Thank you Navy Fed!!!

I got here just after 9 am on a Tuesday and they have 4 teller lines open, but they’re moving so slowly it’s taken 40 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived. I’ve been to the Pace branch and taken less than 5 minutes from the time I pulled up to the station to leaving. It took that long just for the teller to acknowledge me here. They clearly need more people working the drive thru lines.

Customer service is always great but the long atm lines make it way too hard to get into the bank. Lines wrapped around the bank and blocking cars from parking and leaving. Navy Federal should invest in a small ATM building or two in the area.
