I needed an auto loan totaling $1500 in order to fully purchase my car. They set me up with this loan but with a 30%, when my credit scores were over 680 and 700. However, making payments proved to be a bit of a nightmare. To pay with anything other than cash, you need to visit this weird verifacto website that does not even offer a payment history. This charges a $4.95 convenience fee for debit cards and $1.95 for ACH but does not offer the option to actually select the ACH option. Each time I went to make a payment online, it never showed the balance remaining, let alone an actual payment history. I would have to call their office for those. When I was ready to pay off my loan, I was told that I had to go into the office to pay in cash or they would hold my title for another 30 days. Once I got into the office with the remaining amount, one of the other employees said the person I talked with over the phone should not have told me that I could get my title immediately by paying it off in their office.

The best in the world! Customer service awesome! My entire family has obtain several loans from them and it's easy financing upon return if you establish a great business relationship. Basically, you need to pay them when it is time.

Absolutely love them! They have been nothing but wonderful! They were extremely helpful and caring when my husband got into his accident and worked with us any way they could until we were back on our feet. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had our car loan since April and there have been months where we weren't sure whether we'd be able to make our payment. We've always had an open line of communication with them. They know what's going on with us. Our account manager has been super. She's very understanding. We always make an effort to pay in full, but we always take them what we've got, even if it's the last penny to our name.

I was happy that they gave me a loan two years ago and have been paying it off since. However, if something happens and you miss a payment, they will call your job, family members, and friends. They will discuss details with them which is totally unprofessional and embarrassing. I will never get another loan from them again.

This company is horrible they are extremely rude. The girl name the manager Glenn pushed his worker Candace up to call me to say I didn't get approved for a loan. And she was very rude and harsh when she called. You can tell the manager told her to say all of those things because she was trembling in her voice like she was scared. Not so professional. Sorry.

I have done 3 sperate loans with this company. They have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend for anyone that needs to repair credit...
