Navy Federal Credit Union Central Ave C, Lake Elsinore

What bank does not have a coin counter. Took my son and his change in to deposit into his account. He did not have that much they told him to roll it. So we went into the car he rolled what he could but still have change that added up to another 10$ in different coins they wouldn't take it. I think I'll change to a different military bank.

Sometimes the atm machine doesn’t work and when its not working seems like it takes a few days for it to be up and running that is my only issue with this bank location.

The ATM is real low. It's accommodating for people in wheel chairs which is all good. But I'm 6'3. Bending over for a lengthy transaction is not cool. If they can get a second ATM, at normal height, that would be nice. One last thing, a transaction at the ATM shouldn't take long.

It's a small branch but thankful we have it. The stuff is always polity and ready to serve you. Only recommendation will be to have 2 ATMS outside the bank, only 1 is not enough.

Can we just get the Navy Federal Lake Elsinore ATM machine to work? Got a new machine doesn't work great job Navy Federal!

I was told 5 day hold on my pay check for one year 2 1/2 years later same 5 day hold which really means 8 day hold weekends the day you deposit and mondays don't count, sad we have to find another bank

Horrible customer service. The wait is always at least an hour and there are people just standing around. They don’t let you know how many people are in front of you if you need to see a banker just stand over there and someone will come get you. Tellers taking lunch during the lunch rush! Seriously?!?! People run to the bank on their lunch and now you’re down to one teller because the only other one had to take a lunch..... ridiculous. I love Navy Fed but this branch just has the worst service.

There atm, can be unreliable. The problem is. The sun is always in the way on the atm. Also, it takes forever for the thing to load. Go during normal business hours. I went to the atm once at about 7am. It was bright and nice out. However, the location is kind of blocked off. When I walled up to the atm, talking to my husband station in VA, there was a man walking suspiciously behind me. I noticed him. Talked loudly telling my husband the atm was broken and I wouldn't be able to use it. ( it was working fine) as I turned around, the suspected their was running away. I mean running. I don't think he was there to use the atm. The area for the atm is easily accessible for their customers to be robbed! They need to have a better location. Perhaps an indoor atm, sort of like chase. Just my opinion. But I love NFCU. Never looked back after I was introduced.

Very clean and the staff is pretty quick with things, some times there's a long line but it moves quick enough. Everyone is very nice so it's hard to be mad when there's a line haha.
